    Very well. Sear Purchase agreement is the best. The will check your appliance once a year as part of the agreement, which is included in the cost. The agreement is very reasonably priced when purchased at the time of the appliance purchase and is better than the manufacturer's warranty in some cases.

    The fix was simple, but I am not proficient enough to figure that out myself. They came out quickly, arrived on time, made the simple fix without trying to make it out to be something greater than it was. It was worth it to pay the trip fee to have a professional get it done, and particularly to know that they won't try to up sell on un-needed services so that I can trust them to handle other issues that might arise in the future. I would highly recommend them for general maintenance needs

    They were able to come out the earliest - w/in 2 days - all other local shops could not come out till one to two weeks later.  The repairman was extremely professional and helpful.  I would definitely call them again in the future.

    Dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes in new home, so we called Petersen to look at it.  Tech was absolutely fantastic. Looked it over,ran it, reviewed the major systems, then figured out that we actually have a lime problem.  Our home does not have a water softener. He shared his experience on options we could do.  Was a wealth of information, and we will definitely be calling Petersen for all future needs.

Most of all, as the owner of the appliance, he listened to my observations and did not do or say anything that might have made me feel dumb.

    I had a dishwasher fail after 3 months.  Called the manufacture and they set me up with Bragdon.  The service man spent 10 seconds in my house - told me what was wrong with it (which is exactly what they told me over the phone) and told me he had to order a part.  Well, the part was on factory backorder and he told me it would be 7-10 days or up to a month or two before the part would be in.  I wasn't happy so I called the manufacture myself and got the part shipped to my house in 4 days.  Called up Bragdon to schedule to have the part installed on a Monday.  The earliest they had was a Thursday which was fine.  Scheduled the appointment and was told I would receive a phone call Thursday morning with my time slot.  Never received the phone call and when I called back - I was never on the schedule and the earliest they could have me on it was the following Monday.  When I said that was unacceptable and it was their mistake they hung up on me.  HORRIBLE customer service.

    Our oven was not working and we can smell gas as we turn it on over Memorial Day weekend.  We waited until tuesday before calling so we don't pay extra for the holiday weekend.  On Tuesday, we called about 1:00 pm and they was there at 2:30 pm.  That is quick service!  Andrew is very professional and courteous.  He is very friendly and answer our questions.  It took him about 30 minutes to analyze and repair the igniter to the stove.  He had the part available in his truck, and also very through in cleaning the area.  He pointed out that we will smell the grease burning off when turn it on the first time.  The discounts we received is the senior citizen discount and a $35.00 discount from Angie's List.  I would recommend the company to our friends and family.

    Overall TMI is great. We know we can call them and even if they're extremely busy, they will get someone to your home and fix what needs to be fixed. During this last heatwave our air conditioning went out. The unit was still under warranty that was purchased and installed by TMI. They evaluated the problem, fixed it, and had us sitting cool and frosty in no time with no fees charged because of the warranty.

    My central air unit stopped cooling so I called TMI. They got a technician out same day. He fixed the problem but said the condenser was sounding bad and didn't know how long it would last. It was installed in 1991. He was right a week later it went out.
    I called TMI again and they had a man out to do an estimate same day. He was friendly, I believe honest and wasn't pushy.
    The $70 for the service call the week before was also taken off the price of the new ac unit. So I went with them.
    They had 2 men out the next business day to install a central air unit. The men looked and acted very professional throughout the entire install. They had all the proper equipment and the entire instal took 4 hours and 30 minutes.
    It has been over 10 days since. I wanted to wait a little before I wrote a review, just in case. But I haven't had any trouble with the unit.
    The entire experience was very positive and everything was just as they said, no surprises.
    Oh there was 1 surprise... a week after the install the man who gave me the estimate on the new ac sent me a $20 gift certificate at a local restaurant.... a nice little touch.  Im sorry I don't remember the names.
