    It is always easy to get in to see them. Unlike other main hospitals and clinics the office has free parking and they have a long walk to get in to the door and that's why is switched over to going to there. This particular office is set up in the main campus.

    Depends. Some of the doctors are really good and checked you up really carefully to make sure you were okay. Some doctors just couldn't wait for it to be over. I've had one female doctor, when I mentioned to her a symptom that was related to my sickness, but was not the reason I was seen that day, she actually asked me to make another appointment with her to deal with that! Just couldn't spend another five minutes with me!

    The front office staff told me my appt. was at 3:30. I took off work to get there before then to fill out office/insurance forms since I was new patient.
    However, appt. was not until 3:50, seen by doctor at 4:05. Not blaming Dr., office staff should have told me real time of appt.
    Everything else was fine.

    I was impressed by how fast I was in and out.  I was simply there for my yearly exam and the whole appointment couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.  Right down to the point and up front about if I have any questions or needed anything else.

    Service provider would not listen to concerns about her recommended treatment. When we asked question about the recommended treatment she was not helpful and sounded annoyed that we were looking for more information. After seeking advice from a specialists in Mayo Clinic we changed to a high risk physician at the University of Iowa. If we would have followed her initial recommendation we would have spent thousands on unneeded drugs and possible put the baby and mother in danger.

    My appointment was for 8am, I sat in the waiting room, alone, for 22 minutes. Once my P.A. arrived, the appointment went well. She asked a lot of questions while I was dressed, and the once I was undressed for my annual exam she was so fast it could have been done in 1 minute flat. It was fantastic. Had I not waited in the waiting room as one of the 1st appointments of the day 22 minutes, I could have been seen and pulling out of the parking lot within that amount of time. They did have to draw labs and they have subcontracted the lab to a neighboring lab in the building. The billing issues I have had with Lab Corp is a matter between Lab Corp and my three insurance companies. Lab Corp only allows one at a time billing. So we bill the insurer in 1st place, and wait. And repete three times. because of LabCorp's single-payor-system they themselves created. The billing for any labs processed through LapCorp isn't worth the blood shed. Aside from the place the clinic subcontracts, I had a better-than-average experience
