    United Health Care
Overall, we were pleased with United Health Care. The premiums were not terribly expensive. When we did need to communicate with them, they were courteous and professional. We only had general coverage with them - no dental or vision so we can' review that part.

I have been pleased with United Healthcare.  It is a Suppliment to my M/C. As far as I know, they have been prompt with payments to the providers.

    Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield
I use BCBS almost daily for my healthcare insurance needs. This network is well positioned and has plenty of in-network providers for me to choose from, including the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Other than the travel component, going to the Mayo Clinic for more in-depth diagnosis and treatment of my health problems was no different financially than going across town to my primary care physician. This is incredibly valuable to me, and I cannot think of using another provider at this point.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Iowa seems to do a very nice job of providing health insurance services.  They seem responsive to questions too.

When I originally started at my company we have much better coverage at a lower price. This will be my 3rd year at this company and every year the coverage has gone down and the prices have gone higher. However I am thankful for 2 things - 1. That my company pays 1/2 of the $1500 deductible for my husband and I and 2. My coverage includes $10,000/person/lifetime for infertility treatment. This is one of the few policies that cover this area.

This claim, no issues. Some comments: Health insurance is so expensive. There are occasional hassles when they think it might be workman's comp or car insurance that should pay. Pay close attention to coverage if you are traveling. All in all, I'm happy with this insurance and sticking with it.

    Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield
I have had no specific problems with coverage and have not had to make any complaints or question coverage to date but then again I am fairly healthy and mainly see the Dr for routine wellness checks. My only complaint is the increasing cost of coverage with benefits declining overall??? Very frustrating!!
