    On Time Professionals
Jerry and an assistant wired the whole garage, 6 circuits and many outlets in EMT conduit, in a day. Great work, and he grasped what was needed and offered a better implementation of the plan than I imagined.

    Mr Electric of Central Iowa
The service was fast and efficient while also being over $200 cheaper than the competition. I recommend Mr. Electric to avoid being scalped. Installed two GFCI outlets after a diagnostic and fixed two open splices in the attic.

Nationwide construction, Inc. Basim Al Bakri
The owner, Basim was a great salesman, he said he had nine guys who each were certified and licensed in their specialties. After several days of the worst drywall work and electrical mishaps we began to question his employees. Come to find out he was stopping out to the half-way house and asking ex-convicts if they had experience in building. Which would be great, Im all about second chances, but we were never informed that all five people he had in our house were released to him from a prison-to-release program. Only one guy actually seemed qualified. My house has been left in utter chaos. Basim bought the the cheapest low quality tools, drywall, and mud then left the guys at my house with no drop clothes, ladders or lunch. Im questioning the legitimacy of his entire operation. If I knew who to turn him in to, I would. Stay clear of this one! He also had two of the guys remove asbestos laced vermiculite insulation after I sent him the EPAs web page describing the dangers. I told the guys not to do it, they said Basim told them to bag it up or theyd get fired if they didnt. Who does that? The next day he told me he fired them because they didnt listen and he told them not to mess with it. This was completely not true. I was standing there when he told them to remove it and I was standing there when one of the guys called him on the phone after I told them it could be asbestos and they shouldnt be in the room with it. Basim told them it wasnt asbestos and to bag it up. The later photos show AFTER the qualified guy worked on scraping off gobs of drywall mud. The drop cloths are mine. This is where we finally had enough and fired Basim. The box of tools is what he supplied his guys. The grinding saw is what he wanted them to cut my fireplace surround tiles with.

    Scott's Home Renewal
I used Scott's Home Renewal for a first floor renovation about three years ago, was pleased and hired them again for this. Not the cheapest contractor, but definitely the best I have used here. First class professionals; first rate subs, especially the tile and glass people The custom glass door arrived with the wrong specs, and the glass contractor got the factory to make a new one with only one day of waiting.. If you want it done right, contact Scott's.

Mark is the owner of Basement Finishing Experts. We really enjoyed working with Mark. Our basement is about 2100 sq ft of never finished area in our 20-year-old home. We really didnt know what to expect or how to proceed. Some of the space was going to be a new office with heavy computer use and with a bathroom. Mark came out, looked over the project, listened to our ideas and added a lot of great suggestions. He was really the expert in suggesting things that could be done with the space we had that would add maximum value to our home. After he gathered all the information, he gave us a quote and timeline to do the work. He said it is his goal to never over promise and to always deliver on his promises. He seemed like a very nice guy but the proof would be in the coming weeks. The start date was set for November 1 and at 8 AM, Mark was there with the rough-in plumber. The work was started on time. Mark said he would be mostly finished by the end of the year. Actually, all work was finished on December 29 as Mark was there doing the final touch up work. We started moving in the next day. Thank you Mark. In the end, the project was started on time, ended before schedule, was on budget and there were no surprises materially or financially. The days between the start and finish of the project were delightful. Mark was very easy to work with and friendly every step of the way. He was always aware of every aspect of the job and had materials on site and ready for the workers so there would be not wasted time or delays. He went out of his way to get us the best prices on the items we selected and passed those savings on to us. During the work, he made sure the job site was organized and clean, minimizing the dust as much as possible. I appreciate that Mark only does basements. It is specialty work and he has perfected it. The crews Mark hires to do some of the work are as good as he is. They have worked with him for many, many years and the trust and report he has with them pays big dividends in projects like this. His crews were a positive reflection on Mark and his management skills. Since we were living upstairs as the work was in progress, we developed a close relationship with Mark, his crews and each step of the project. If we had another basement project to do, we would definitely chose Mark and the Basement Finishing Experts to do it. I will be telling all our friends what a great job he did and will gladly show off his work.

    Eagle Electric Inc
Bob was easy to talk with and schedule a time to get some new wiring pulled into place. He came out at the set time and did a great job! Plus, it took less time than I anticipated. There were a lot of little things he did as well, such as containing and cleaning the inevitable messes that come with the work and being conscious of our preference not to have shoes in the house. His cost was fair and I would definitely call Bob again for any electrical needs. In fact, he'll be coming by again to install a new car charger for us! Bob is great to work with and really cares about doing a good job rather than just charging the highest price possible.

All Trades Construction and Maintenance Inc
Overall it went well. With any project in a home, one runs into a few glitches, but were taken care of. Had good suggestions for updates at reasonable costs. Hired 3rd party contractors that did quality work. Received positive comments.

    Eagle Electric Inc
Excellent service, very professional! Did an outstanding job! I called on a Thursday afternoon and they offered immediate service--came out to do my repair quickly, responded quickly, and did an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend them! I didn't expect such a quick service call because the several electrical companies I have called in the past continued to put me off and then never got back to me. Eagle Electric responded immediately and came out right away--fixed my problem and was so very friendly, courteous, professional--I just can't say enough good things about them! Highly recommended and will definitely keep this number close by for any future repairs I may have!

    Cruiser Electric LLC
It went very well. Roy was very conscious of our budget and the bill was even a bit less than the estimate. That is always a nice surprise. Over a month after the service was performed we love the additional light in our kitchen and the fact that the light switches in our hallway work consistently! We are having them come our to fix the lights in our dining room as our next project. It will be nice to have overhead lights that work instead of using lamps. I would definitely recommend Joe and Roy for your next electrical project.

    Handyman Connection - Phoenix
Bob was very professional and did all of the work.  Bob was efficient and installed the lights on the fans and fixed the screen door.  I have used Handyman Connection before and have always had excellent experience.  They are terrific.  I will continue to use Handyman Connection.  Thank you!
