Remove old tub and shower walls, install new tub and shower wall. Re-plaster as needed. Reuse shower doors and faucets.We had to order new faucet because of inproper installation ,from another plumber last summer. The shower doors that had just been put in, needed new top and bottom rails .

We received a quote in late may and then ordered the work about the middle of June. We had a special order for the shower/tube walls that into late July, were still not in . We then agreed with affordable plumbing, to let them do the special order on site.The work finally progressed with a few more problems. When the installer showed up ,they had the wrong walls. This was corrected that afternoon. We then discovered that the doors we were reusing needed longer top and bottom tracks . Reorder took another 5 to 6 days. We were very happy with the final product and the excellent installation. To do over again I would make sure up front that the product was readily available and all the measurements were correct. We should have had an onsite measurement ,instead of using prior measurements from previous quotes.

The job was to repair or replace a toilet that kept coming loose from the floor.

I had a toilet that kept coming loose and rocked back and forth. I called in Affordable Plumbing to repair and possibly replace the toilet. After a couple of hours of messing with it and trying to rebolt it to the floor, I was informed that they could not fix it because the problem was that my floor was not level. I would need to bring someone in to tear up the floor and re-cement it so it was level. In the meantime, he jerry-rigged the toilet back into place and suggested we not use it. It rocked far worse than it did prior to his visit. Once the contractor came to fix the floor, we discovered that the reason it was even worse was the fact that Affordable Plumbing had broken our main pipe which ended up costing us $200 more to have the contractor fix. I had heard many good things about Affordable Plumbing, but was less than impressed by the jerry-rigged toilet I was left with and was very angry that they had broken the pipe and then tried to hide the fact.

A part had broken in the popup assembly in the bathroom sink. It needed to be replaced.

I called on Tuesday to request a service call on Wednesday afternoon(my afternoon off from work) and was told someone would be here between 1 and 3. A technician called to tell me they were on their way within that time frame, and promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. HERE COMES THE GOOD PART. I have done two previous reviews of plumbers in the area and in both cases work was done promptly and efficiently and professionally, but both were very costly for the amount of work/time required, in my opinion. I paid $52.00 total for this service. The previous two companies both had a basic service call fee SIGNIFICANTLY MORE than my whole repair bill was with Affordable Plumbing. THIS IS MY PLUMBING COMPANY FOR LIFE.
