Cleaned 30 feet of vent pipe from inside and outside using brushes and vaccum. Cleaned up inside of house but did leave a pile of lint on ground below vent exit outside.- julie l.

AClean Sweep Chimney Care LLCHe arrived 15 minutes early! Covered the floor in front of fireplace with a blanket. Told me his observations and went to work cleaning the chimney. Told him we were experiencing a cold draft and he inspected the outside air intake and also went on the roof to check from above. Found that the fresh air vent wasn't closing and told us to call a fireplace dealer to have it looked at. Was done in a short amount of time with very little mess. ACame out to our fire and very caring and respectful. Listened to our concerns and worked with our insurance. Left us information every day so we knew what was happening. Great to know it was clean. Another company came in and did not inspect anything! These guys measured the water, humidity and all our walls for smoke. It was a big difference that made us feel that we picked the best choice!
