    Pro Handyman Services
Pro Handyman Services responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He came out to assess the repairs soon after and we settled on a scope of work. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He was also very easy to work with and was open to discussing what type of repair was appropriate for our budget. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Premier Construction Services
In February 2013 we hired Premier Construction to undertake an extensive building project which included an addition to our house that doubled the existing square footage, a remodel of the existing space, and the construction of a detached garage. Also included in the project were a rear deck, a front covered deck, and a patio just off the newly constructed walk-out. Our building project with Adam and Premier Construction was definitely a collaborative effort and the design options Adam presented to us always reflected our wishes and preferences. As the project advanced, there were change orders at our request which Adam took in stride with his characteristic can-do cheerfulness. Adam never sees a problem that can't be fixed or a challenge that can't be met and he possesses a great aesthetic sense as well as an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction business. The end result, which we are now enjoying, is a seamlessly executed addition which has all the features we most desired. The quality of workmanship in the addition surpasses that of the original dwelling, a credit to Adam and the first-rate team of employees and sub-contractors associated with Premier Construction.  We have no plans for further improvements...but...if we ever decide to build a party shed, we'll call Adam.

    Addition Doctors
The new Addition came together beautifully. We were very happy with the high quality products used and the quality workmanship. We receive nothing but raves when others see the finished work. The addition started in the fall of 2012 with tearing off the old original porch.  Then they dug down for the footing and put a crawl space under the addition because of the plumbing for the bathroom. In the process of doing this plumbing they also added plumbing lines to the upstairs for a future bathroom up there.  Also in the process of doing the tear off and exposing the house they took precautions to keep the house protected from the weather.  Even though the project lasted overall around 8 months, they kept the main house protected and we were removed from the mess most of the time.  Even as the barriers came down because we were in the finishing stages, it was very manageable to live in the house all the time.  The over all design on the outside and the trim on the inside matched and complimented the  house design very well.    The addition ended up with a vaulted ceiling, with a very cool ceiling paint job that instead of stopping the ceiling paint line right at the corner of the wall and ceiling they brought the paint line down about 1/2" onto the wall. It might not sound like much but almost everybody notices that little detail and they go "WOW I really like how they did that" (that was a bonus they did they did without charging extra even though the process was more involved to do it) The bathroom ended up with a 4' walk in shower stool and vanity.  It was done with handicap features in mind for down the road if we need it.   Then we had hardwood flooring put down. Quite a few windows - Andersen Windows and custom made trim to match the origonal trim in the house. It was not an easy addition to do but now that it's done we use it all the time and we love it. If I had more money I would have them back to do my kitchen - that's next!

    Nicely Dunn Handyman Service Inc
He wasn't successful, but it wasn't his fault. The manufacturer actually had to correct the table. He was extremely courteous, however, and I would give him the highest ratings.

The Problem Solver : Timely & Simply Professional Solutions
UNBELIEVABLE!!! Their name says it all! My tenants trashed my condo & I had 6 days to fly to CA from the Midwest to get everything repaired/replaced.  Understanding my limited timeframe, "The Problem Solvers" agreed to meet me at the condo on a SUNDAY to assess the damage & give me an estimate. The quote was extremely fair & comprehensive & they started work the next day. The crew arrived right on schedule & began masking & prepping to paint & sand doors. They were extremely thorough & careful. They even assisted me in choosing a paint color. Their knowledge regarding what specific products to use was extraordinary. The workers were very professional & total gentlemen. It was a pleasure to have them working in the condo. They were above & beyond & were willing to do everything on my list within my timeframe. Some nights they stayed until 9:00pm to complete my side projects. Other companies I have used couldn't wait to leave when the clock struck 5:00. The work was completed within my timeframe because they were willing to work on the weekend! Thomas from "The Problem Solvers" came by on a regular basis to assess the progress. They were extremely organized & always had the materials they needed. Some days they would bring lumber for the deck boards, fence shelves, kitchen trim, & laundry room shelves. They stained them on the spot. There was no running out to buy materials.  Thomas & "The Problem Solvers" provided licensed individuals for plumbing & electrical issues. I have never worked with a company that could do it all! They truly solved my problems! I can't speak highly enough of their services!  I am so relieved that I have an awesome company to rely on when I have a problem with anything. I highly recommend "The Problem Solver Simply Professional Services."

    4 Seasons Remodeling
They kept in contact with me constantly.  They started the job in the winter, and we knew they wouldn't be able to work every day.  They would let me know when they could work, and when they couldn't.  They were courteous, clean and quiet.  They even came back to fix some screws that hadn't seated quite well enough, and replaced all the screws for the speakers and lights.

    Aaron Mitchell Construction Services Inc
Our half bath was cramped, outdated, and ugly.  The pink sink wasn't bad, but the pink toilet was awful.  It had been a kitchen pantry before the previous owners remodeled the kitchen and bath.  An odd thing: they had moved the entry for the bathroom but left the old pantry door; it opened to the back of the drywall of the kitchen! Aaron ripped out everything but the floor and the "new" bathroom door (this was the really nice feature of the previous remodel. It is an old confessional door from a church).  He added some studs, put up insulation (there was none...brrr!), and drywalled the room (including the door to nowhere). The floor only covered about two-thirds of the space because the old cabinets and counter were built in.  Aaron did a great job adding more tile (and we had extra tile left by previous owners) to complete the floor.  He gave us the weekend to paint the empty room (although he would have painted if we wanted). Aaron came back Monday and did a superb job installing the vanity and toilet we had purchased, plus rehanging the original mirror/light.  He had also put up the stained trim he'd worked on over the weekend at home.  The trim now matches the confessional door.  The door had never latched for us and in a few minutes Aaron was able to move part of the frame over so it now works. We love the way the bathroom looks and spent the next week walking in there just to admire the changes. Aaron is a complete professional and a really good guy.  He was very careful and cleaned up after himself every day. We plan to have Aaron build a screened-in porch when the weather gets nice.

    Doubleday Panting
He works hard and doesn't leave the job until the work is done. He does the best quality work that I've seen. This time I've spending $25-30,000. I will definitely use him again and I have recommended him to all of my friends. If anything, he is too cheap in his price. He is the golden child. He has the lowest prices and best quality service.

He was very professional, and detailed on what each thing would cost.  I have no doubt his work is excellent.  He showed up when he said he would, and called back when he said he would.  Unfortunately his price came in too high, so we opted not to have the work done.  If we had chosen to do the work, we would have used him, because it is extremely difficult to get anyone in Le Mars to show up when they say they will and do the work you ask them to do.
