  • They changed the oil, checked my tires and let me know if they needed to be rotated. I was very pleased. They were very professional, I would go back. They seemed fair, I was very pleased with it. They got me in right away. The professionals explained what needed to be done and didn't try to add on any costs.

  • No charge? No kidding. Ryan and Jeff, after feeling bad about saying our current Ford seemed on the downhill slope of increasing, endless repairs, looked over a potential replacement. Like college professors, they pointed out what was wrong, why the repairs were important, and how much we'd spend. Then, they offered an overall opinion, that we'd be landing a whole new set of problems more numerous and costly than our other car. Their kindness and honesty keep us coming back.

  • They are always willing to go out of their way to figure out the problem.  My son was having engine trouble once, and of course it didn't act up when he took it in to them.  They kept it for several days, taking it out on drives at various times, until they witnessed the problem themselves, and gave lots of advice on how to fix it.  My other son has taken his car in several times for various problems.  They give him advice and don't even charge him until he's ready to fix it.

  • Auto Sales:  They won't try to beat other dealers' prices.  They push extras you don't want or need just to sell something off of their lot.

    Auto Service:  We haven't been happy with the last several services we've had done.  They either couldn't diagnose the problem, or denied there was a problem, or if they found a problem said it wasn't covered under our warranty, and would then charge $100-200 for checking everything out.  We took the vehicle to another dealer, and they knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately, under warranty.

  • Moffitt's Quick Lube service is wonderful. There's no apt needed, and they're quick. We've had both of our vehicles done there, and my son took his in last week. He knew he had some possible oil leakage, and they went out of their way to clean it up and try to remedy it, at no extra cost.

  • someone met me immediately on arrival all work was done promptly given a loaner car free of charge while my car was being serviced. all personnel were polite and professional would use them again

  • The service area replaced a filter in the airconditioning unit, and used some sort of anti-bacterial spray inside the unit.  They said this was not covered under warranty The scent of the spray was overwhelming for about a week, but after about 2 weeks, the original bad odor was back and worse.  We took it back in, and was told it must be a dead mouse or other animal trapped in the unit, and that it would cost appx. $600 to tear off the dash to get into the unit and look, also none of which would be covered under warranty. We argued that it couldn't be anything dead, or it would smell all the time, not just when the air was running, but they wouldn't try to come up with any other solution.  We took the car to another Dodge dealer, they replaced the whole condenser unit AT NO CHARGE and it has fixed the problem.  No dead mouse.
    We had purchased cars from Clemons for appx 20 years, as has our families for 20 years before that, but our last couple of cars we have purchased at other dealers, just due to finding more of what we were looking for.  Clemons tends to only keep on hand high-end cars, with all the bells and whistles--extra we didn't want to use or pay for.  But last year after purchasing a vehicle at another dealer, even though we still were coming to Clemons for service, the owner cornered us and chastised us for going elsewhere, in front of other customers and staff.  He got very angry.  We have still used them for service a couple more times, but have not been satisfied with their service for the last couple of years.  This most recent service was the last straw, and we will no longer go there.

  • Mark the manager and Dave the Mechanic are wonders. They are two honest men. "Only what you a price guaranteed," isn't just a sales come-on. They live by that motto. Dave said, "I've had some success draining/flushing heater cores before. I can't be sure of the results unless I try. But it would be worth a try." I trust and respect Dave's talent and character. "Try it, please!" As a result, my family has traveled in warmth all winter, while we saved more than $700. Dave is amazing. He isn't the "just replace everything" type, but a creative guy who looks for affordable choices for you. The past estimates I've had from them are just as amazing, always accurate to the penny. Exhaust Pros is worth the trip.
