FThe first day he was a no show, no call. He kept rescheduling, usually it was after waiting, then I would text to see what time he was showing up. He cut to much off in one spot. Then he broke thru top of counter screwing it down and neglected to tell us. I had him re-cut counter to fix his mistake of cutting to much off in one area. then when Mike installed it, he did not get it flush with the counter that meets it in the corner. Mike is a nice guy, but would not recommend him for any remodeling jobs.

FThey gave me a quote over the phone. I found a company that would do it cheaper (great service as well). After that they called me 5 times in 1 week (not the same person), and every time I told them I had hired someone else. They call me 6 months later and I tell them that I'm not interested, guy hangs up on me.
