FFeldco Windows, Siding & Doorst now My senior father was taken advantage of by this company. He purchased a garage door and had them install it. He paid a high price for the door. The installation was done very poorly. When the installer was done the door did not close and there are scratches in the new door. When questioned on the issues the installer said that’s just the way it is and left. The installer used cardboard for the main spring shim!!!!!! And left my fathers garage exposed to theft and weather. The door was left the door completely out of adjustment. When I called to get it fixed, I was told a line of crap that the installer said. Then instead of fixing it they blamed the older garage door opener and tried to sell him that as well. They sent nobody out after multiple complaints by me and my father. I went out and finished the install correctly. This company is praying on elderly folks taking advantage of them. Do not wast your time or your money. I even agreed to meet them there to discuss the issues but they never set up a time. This type of service needs exposed to prevent people being taken advantage of. It’s a shame to have to take the time to review such poor service. Regards- Troy S.

AHarris DoorWe contact our home warranty company to see if it was covered. Unfortunately, it wasn't but they did suggest Harris Door as a local company to fix the issue. We phoned them at 3:30 and they arrived just after 4pm. Very fast service, very pleased with the repair. The repairmen were courteous and professional. The only item I marked down was the price because I do not know if it was competitive, we did not shop around for other quotes.- Cheryl M.

AVery well. Sear Purchase agreement is the best. The will check your appliance once a year as part of the agreement, which is included in the cost. The agreement is very reasonably priced when purchased at the time of the appliance purchase and is better than the manufacturer's warranty in some cases.
