The process of reaching a design was probably the most difficult, trying to combine our vision with that of the designer. She was very patient with our indecision and constant mind-changing. We were hopeful to have a completed bathroom before visit from family and Concept Bath made it happen. Before, During, and After pictures can be seen here: [*** Link removed ***] We had a complete bathroom remodel about 2 years ago. When we purchased our home, the bathroom did not appear to have been maintained. The tile surrounds were covered in mineral deposits that we were unable to remove and there had been multiple leaks result in in the grout turning black from moisture. Concept Bath installed lighting/vent in shower and lighting over tub. They added new wall switches for these new lights. They gutted all the old surround and ceiling and put in new surround, flooring (in shower), glass door on shower, and new fixtures.

Concept Bath was recommended to us by a plumber we had install a new toilet in our half bath that we were looking to remodel. We were excited about working with a company that could take care of all our needs from painting to drywall to design and installation but we were hugely disappointed with the service provided. They were very professional and had a licensed Plumber/Electrician. They communicated with us from start to finish. Things like where to put grab bars, hights for built in space for shampoo, soap ect. If I called about anything,they either called wright back or came to the house. Everything was done on time as they quoted. I can't think of any dont's!!
