They did a great job.  They are very friendly with us.  Usually they are quicker than what they say they are going to be.  That time we thought that they were going to have the car for like a week but they were done within a couple of days.  They have storage facilities as well and we actually ended up storing our vehicle there.

    ROSIE'S MINI STORAGE
We have been using Rosie's Storage for more than Four years now.  Recently we had an issue where we couldn't access our items in the storage unit because the door would not raise up. As soon as we made them aware of the situation they were right on top of it and kept us well informed as to what was going on.  They even called to let us know when the work was completed.

I called for prices and Sandi was very nice. She told me everything I needed to know about her facility. She made an appointment for me to come in, showed me around and told me everything about how her place works. She is very professional and I recommend this place for anybody needing storage.

He continually jacks you around on the price giving you a price for the next 6 months that he tells you is 'the same as last time' when you have records and it was not.  You are offered a price of 6 months with one month free if you pay ahead. If you leave with 2 months to go, you do not receive any refund and he tells you he has a lawyer and he can legally do this.  Rent is due and I have been paying him ahead 6 months for the last 3 years and each time he gets greedy with me. This time I am pulling out.  One corner of my unit is all wet and the rest is covered with dust as the whole thing site on gravel.

    OGDEN MINI STORAGE
During the winter we did notice a small amount of snow that had come in during a bad storm. I did not complain about this. I assumed that it could not have been helped. On September 9th 2007 I began cleaning out a few things from storage to get rid of. The water was coming from above the items and seeping through the back wall on the opposite end of the door. Monday the 10th I contacted the owner of the units I requested 2 months free in a different unit to compensate for our damages. He met me that morning at the unit and talked to me very rudely, he lied about why the roof could not possibly leak and did not even care that things were damaged. Mr. Burg also said that during bad weather water and snow can come in around the door with wind. We were never warned of this. The contract did state they were not responsible for damages, but this storage unit was rented on the belief that their job is to provide a space that is free from weather. He did not even offer a different unit.

He said everything was climate controlled, but it wasn't. Everything was open and the walls didn't even go all the way up, so there's a big opening in the attic area. We've had stuff knocked over. When we took things out of there, it was covered in mold. We lost quite a bit of stuff when we pulled our stuff out of there. I took my stuff out of there because I felt my stuff wasn't safe. I could have drove like 20 miles more and put my stuff in storage for $45 a month instead of $65. He pretty much gave us a piece of paper and said, sign this and add your checking account at the bottom. That was it. That was all we heard from him, until we pulled everything out. I told him I had mold over my stuff and he said, "Well, on that paper you signed, it's says I'm not liable." We didn't get any of our stuff covered. He didn't have insurance on anything, to cover if there were problems. I've called him multiple times and he never returned any of my calls, until I told him that I had damage to my stuff. Then he called me back and was totally defensive and said he doesn't cover it. He was very rude. I don't think there's anything professional about that place. When I called to get a quote, he was totally like, "Oh yeah, I've been in construction for 20-plus years. I built all these myself and they're waterproof." The first time he gave me the key, I walked in there and there was water all over the floor. So he put me in a different unit. All of our stuff had mold on it.
