FRJ's Plumbing And Heating INCI can't begain to discribe the incompetence. On the well they would break things to come back and fix. I learned this after 4 months of intermitant water and hiring someone else. The person I hired showed me what they had done. They also charged 350 for a pump that is 128.00 at manards. The new plumber fixed it in 30 mins. Its lasted 2yrs. As for pumping my septic tank. They pumped one side less than half way. Never pumped the other side but did manage to drop the concrete lid down the hole leaving it exposed and never telling me. Again so they could come back sooner. I then hired Joes who actually did the job and showed me what RJs had done. I wouldnt ever recomend them. Ever- Elizabeth S.

The plumber knew within two seconds what the problem was just by looking at it, when the company that installed it during a remodel did not know what was wrong and did not fix it, but charged me for the service call anyway! Wrenn's came out right away. The plumber was exceptionally friendly, and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He ran back to the shop to get the part, and had it fixed in literally a few minutes. I have used Wrenn's for two major projects in the past - tearing up the basement floor to replace a broken drain pipe, and replacing my waste stack from the attic to the basement. Both jobs were completed in a timely, professional fashion at a reasonable price. I am a customer for life! I have been using Wrenn's for 27 years.- Mindy T.

APremier Construction ServicesIn February 2013 we hired Premier Construction to undertake an extensive building project which included an addition to our house that doubled the existing square footage, a remodel of the existing space, and the construction of a detached garage. Also included in the project were a rear deck, a front covered deck, and a patio just off the newly constructed walk-out. Our building project with Adam and Premier Construction was definitely a collaborative effort and the design options Adam presented to us always reflected our wishes and preferences. As the project advanced, there were change orders at our request which Adam took in stride with his characteristic can-do cheerfulness. Adam never sees a problem that can't be fixed or a challenge that can't be met and he possesses a great aesthetic sense as well as an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction business. The end result, which we are now enjoying, is a seamlessly executed addition which has all the features we most desired. The quality of workmanship in the addition surpasses that of the original dwelling, a credit to Adam and the first-rate team of employees and sub-contractors associated with Premier Construction. We have no plans for further improvements...but...if we ever decide to build a party shed, we'll call Adam.- james b.

AThe Problem Solver : Timely & Simply Professional SolutionsUNBELIEVABLE!!! Their name says it all! My tenants trashed my condo & I had 6 days to fly to CA from the Midwest to get everything repaired/replaced. Understanding my limited timeframe, "The Problem Solvers" agreed to meet me at the condo on a SUNDAY to assess the damage & give me an estimate. The quote was extremely fair & comprehensive & they started work the next day. The crew arrived right on schedule & began masking & prepping to paint & sand doors. They were extremely thorough & careful. They even assisted me in choosing a paint color. Their knowledge regarding what specific products to use was extraordinary. The workers were very professional & total gentlemen. It was a pleasure to have them working in the condo. They were above & beyond & were willing to do everything on my list within my timeframe. Some nights they stayed until 9:00pm to complete my side projects. Other companies I have used couldn't wait to leave when the clock struck 5:00. The work was completed within my timeframe because they were willing to work on the weekend! Thomas from "The Problem Solvers" came by on a regular basis to assess the progress. They were extremely organized & always had the materials they needed. Some days they would bring lumber for the deck boards, fence shelves, kitchen trim, & laundry room shelves. They stained them on the spot. There was no running out to buy materials. Thomas & "The Problem Solvers" provided licensed individuals for plumbing & electrical issues. I have never worked with a company that could do it all! They truly solved my problems! I can't speak highly enough of their services! ANeighbors Heating Cooling Plumbing & GeothermalI have been a Neighbors customer for 14 years. I have never thought about switching to other companies that provide similar services. Neighbors staff have always been courteous over the phone when scheduling appointments, listening to issues or getting those weekend calls. The service techs do an excellent job of explaining issues and options when problems arise. In the case of my sump pump, I actually have three pumps. I pump 1 checked to be sure it was operating correctly and the tech noticed that the switch was failing because water would rise a couple of inches above the pump before it would kick on. He did a great job of explaining to me how my sump pumps were installed and how they work as backups for the first. I'm glad he had one in his van that day because it seems like the new pump has been working nonstop with all the rain that we have received since spring. I am a member of Neighbor's Comfort Club, so it is up to them to schedule my air conditioning and furnace checks so I don't have to worry. It is also great that they have service techs on call on the weekends and I usually get a call back within 30 minutes after calling the answering service. I would highly recommend Neighbors to anyone!- Dawn M.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

DIn home consult provided to us by salesman Ken Price resulted in our decision to proceed with the purchase of a new shower enclosure, and we were eagerly anticipating the install. We also had every confidence that our post install review would be a resounding five stars, echoing the five star pre install review we gave. That isn’t the case. **Positives - Shower looks terrific, thrilled with the performance and quality of it thus far. The install technician, Colton, is absolutely phenomenal. He takes extreme pride in his work, communicates effectively as situation warrants, and instills a sense of trust and comfort in his abilities almost immediately. That same communication, trust, and ability exhibited by Colton would be a solid five stars and more if the review could be based on only him. Despite some obstacles that surfaced shortly after the renovation process began, Colton assured us that he would deliver a beautiful product at the end, and he didn’t disappoint. The end result exceeded our high expectations that were based on the options presented and choices made during our consultation with Ken. Colton is a definite asset for this company and it’s product offerings and performance. **Another positive - Having several calls placed to me by Caitlin the following morning in regards to several errors made by Ken in payment info notations, as well as his failure to let us know that the pattern chosen wouldn’t align properly in one corner of the enclosure, with those being promptly resolved. Another call was placed to me by Caitlin two days later to schedule our installation, and all systems were a go. One day prior to install, I was easily able to reach Caitlin to confirm that install was still on schedule and when to expect the contractor. My husband and I were both very impressed with the level of communication and so appreciative of Caitlin’s attention to detail.**Negative - Less than an hour after the renovation began, there were already issues with what was shown on paper not able to be completed by the install contractor as indicated. Colton reached out to salesman Ken, whom promptly contacted me to discuss the discrepancy. The issue still remained, but with the renovation already underway and a wall removed, I told Ken that Colton could continue, that my husband would reach out to him soon to discuss things further. Call was made and msg left for Ken to please contact him back as soon as possible. A call was made to Caitlin concerning the issue, who told my husband that what was stated in the contract and signed for/agreed upon was what was being installed, and not her concern. When pointed out to her that nowhere in the contract was it written nor signed off on a there being a raw, unfinished area of flooring that would remain because the shower tray wasn’t of the size needed to do so, she again reiterated that what was ordered, received, and being installed was what was indicated in the contract and of no concern to neither she, nor to Bath Planet. No attempts were made to reach out again and address our concerns. Further calls to Ken requesting a call back, with zero response. No idea what was being done to remedy the incorrectness of things until two hours later when Colton came to give us an update. Many questions, and no ability to reach Ken or Caitlin. Colton was put in the middle of something he shouldn’t have been. Post install paperwork indicated our dissatisfaction, but no effort made to reach us. Two weeks later, still no contact made. Having lived many places worldwide as a military family of 30 years, we’ve seen many cases of both great and awful service. To receive the reprehensible service of Bath Planet that was exhibited by Ken and Caitlin in Iowa, where kindness and decency is paramount, is a shock. Word of mouth travels quickly for national companies like Bath Planet, even from regional branches. Beautiful product that we show to family and friends around the country, and tell them to go elsewhere for their needs instead of dealing with a deceitful company with no regard for customers.

Riley Plumbing has seven employees, all residential and commercial plumbing, we offer water softener rental, we do sub-contracting work, billing is submitted after work is completed and the customers are happy with the job.

DThis was a small repair job that should have required only one plumber for a short period of time. This plumbing company sent two people and it appears that they billed for two people. They showed up and were shown the leak and even though the leak location was identified when the appointment was made they did not bring the new fixtures to replace the leaking on. They then returned to their shop (both people) to get the new fixture. I was also apparently billed for the time (~40 minutes) it took for them to get the part. I would have thought it would be prudent for one person to stay behind and disassemble the leaking fixture while the other retrieved the part but they both went back to their shop. When they returned, one of the plumbers repaired the leak while the other stood and watched the entire time. Once the repair was complete it was discovered that the pressure switch was not shutting off properly. They agreed it was likely a bad pressure switch due to water contamination from the pinhole leak. Again, they had to return (another 30 - 40 minutes) to the shop (both people) for a pressure switch. They replaced the pressure switch and all worked fine. In total, including trips back and forth to their shop they took about 3 hours. My bill came in at over $500 including $385 for labor. I called their office and ask to speak to Dan Riley about the invoice and was told he was out but would return my call . Threes days later, I had not heard from him so I called again and got a voicemail so I left another message. I am still waiting for a return call.

Our billing cycle is net 30 and we accept checks or cash. We are open 7:30 to 5:00 M-F and 7:30 to 12:00 on Saturday. We are also available for emergency situations 24 hours a day. Services may not be limited to the counties selected depending on the location and situation.

After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.

FHVAC professional told this Home Warranty Inc that I had a leak in my A/C coil and would leak again if filled. Home Warranty Inc said that I had to pay for it to be refilled at a cost around $500 at my expense to see if it leaks???? I paid my premiums for over 2 yrs and the 1st time I call them to put in a claim they told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket before they would fix the A/C despite the the HVAC told them it wouldn't fix the problem and the RF 22 old refrigerant would leak into the air which they seemed not to care it is environmentally bad & illegal. Read their fine print in detail the list what they won't cover and what I was told is they repair things not replace them. Plus they have a cap on how much they really will spend to fix A/C units. ($2,500) Which means anything they to repair on your A/C deducts from that cap per year. But their advertising sure makes it look like they would fix A/C issues and happily take your money! F-
