AArborPro Tree ServiceI would have to call them artist. The tree had huge limbs over the house and over wires. They had to have Mid-America disconnect power from the house which they coordinated. When they ground the huge they missed 1 piece of root sticking out of the ground, I called and they came right back, ground it, filled with black dirt, and grass seed. Wonderful people!- Richard L.

AArbor Way All About Trees LLCIt went great. They started in the afternoon on Monday the 17th and worked for about an hour. They got a great start. They came back Tuesday morning the 18th exactly when they said they would and finished the rest of the job in about another hour and a half. I was amazed at how skilled they were. They did an incredible job getting the huge limbs off our garage and one large limb off our house. They all were professional and friendly and efficient. They did an amazing job cleaning up as well. CI signed an agreement but was never given a copy of that contract after numerous requests. Verbal contact with the business owner told me I did not sign up for stump removal. One note that came to me on Angie's from the office(?) did list stump removal, but I was accepting of the denial because the tree was very large. However due to very bad weather on the day the tree was removed (without any notification that they were coming) caused them to skip the last cut which then had to be done by the stump grinder for an extra charge. Also the trimming of the ash tree was not done in full because of the storm. In their defense, the tree was taken out with no damage to the property and hauled away to my satisfaction.

AThey worked with me to get the job done earlier than initially discussed. The crew was very professional and polite. Did a great job cleaning up and disposing of all the old materials. I didn't find a single nail in the yard when they were done, and I was looking. The gutters are 6" seamless, and they installed folding downspouts all around to which makes it easier cutting the grass. Reasonably priced and quick to finish. I hired them based on reviews, and I'm glad I did.

AI contacted Wright Outdoor Solutions late on a Wednesday afternoon because we had a branch that started cracking, was sitting over the power line, and looked like it would go at any moment. They called me back first thing on Thursday and within an hour, someone was out to assess the situation and provided a quote. Even though their schedule was quite busy they squeezed us in and were out Friday. It was such a relief to have the branch taken care of instead of falling and taking out our power and possibly other's along the line. Thank you Ryan and team. ANo results because I live in NW Des Moines proper and the service provider is located in the SE section of Des Moines. The owner stated that we were out of his service area and I think that would make good business sense. I would not expect them to come that far for one small job. I have no problem with his decision!!!
