    They did a good job. When I first moved here, they were very helpful. They took off my old license plate and put on my new license plate, all without charge. They have been very helpful. They are certainly reasonable. I can't even think of how much I paid. The communication was good. They talked to me before they did anything with the car. After they serviced the car, they would come out and talk to you about what they did and what they saw. And when the car was all set to go, they would present the bill. It was good. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

    I was given a reasonable quote and then when all was said and done, the price was even less. They indicated that they were able to provide the service in an easier way than they originally thought. Replacing the door through Toyota would have been over $1000. It was a great savings.

    I've got a Honda and I don't let anyone else touch it but the Honda dealer. In the past I took it somewhere else and they messed up the oil pan and I had to pay $300 to have it replaced. I don't go to the cheap places anymore, it's not worth it.

    I took my husband's SUV in for a scheduled oil change and I also paid an extra $20 to have the tires rotated. While I was waiting, the person working at the front desk told me that we needed new brakes immediately and asked if I would like that done today. I opted not to have them done (despite the urgency) since I was short on time. He said I needed to have them replaced (he gave me an estimate of $800) ASAP or at the VERY LEAST within 3,000 miles. We ended up getting a free estimate from Car X in Ankeny (and we brought in the estimate from All Pro) and they said that the brakes looked almost new and there was no need to replace them, but they were happy to check them again (for free) in another 6,000 miles. They even asked if we actually replaced the brakes since they looked so good. We were floored! All Pro almost scared me into spending $800 to replace brakes that didn't need to be replaced. What a terrible and unethical way to conduct business.

    I think they are overpriced. I will use them because I have a free oil change coming. They are pretty much like every new car dealer. I think they need to change their model. I thought the staff was friendly and they were doing their job of trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

    It was free. I have bought two cars from them, and I don't think I am going back. They moved out of my area that I didn't appreciate, they moved further away. I didn't like negotiating  price with them on the last car. I thought they were very difficult to negotiate with. I felt they did a very poor job during the last service. They left the car outside, they said it was ready to go and it was in a place I could not drive away. They just totally blew it.

    I shopped online for a new car and on there website they have an option to "send an offer" so I sent an offer and received communications with "a sales representative" from Noble Ford. The price I offered and the price they were listed at was a difference of $5,000.00 and I live almost an hour away from the Dealership. So I communicated with the rep it wasn't worth my time or energy to come and test drive the vehicle unless we were within the same ball park on price. I set up a test drive the following day under her assurance she'd have the lowest number they'd take by that morning and if it wasn't within my ball park I'd cancel my appointment for the test drive. After several emails to her the next day I finally received a response (about an hour before my appointment) saying she never received the lowest number but she could assure me they were within my ball park. I drove down and looked everywhere for the rep I was supposed to meet for almost 20 minutes, asking various people there for her, all responding she doesn't work here... I finally found out she's an online tech that works somewhere else, I also found out she basically has no authority on pricing (I don't know why she was emailing me about prices then) and they sat me with a sales person. To top it off the car I drove an hour to test drive wasn't even there, they had it at another location and they were supposed to bring it in for me which didn't happen. So no test drive and wasted an hour of my time I decided I wasn't going to waste another trip unless we could come to an arrangement on price. Basically the $5,000.00 difference was met with a negotiation of them coming down $500.00. Which in my opinion is nowhere near my ball park. (I was expecting $2500.00 difference MAX) Overall it was a major waste of my time dealing with people that have no idea what they are doing and have no organization inside the office. Long winded story but I want anyone that is considering going to Noble Ford to consider a very real situation that happened, and go to any other ford dealership for way better results.

    Another national chain had made two trips to do this earlier, but had decided they could not handle the job both times. Harmon scheduled a time, and completed the work very neatly exactly on time. The quality was perfect and they handled coordination very nicely. I was completely satisfied. I would use this provider again.

    A competitor (a national chain) had twice scheduled appointments to replace this windshield, and twice the service tech looked at the job and said he could not handle it.  Harmon made an appointment that accommodated my schedule, replaced the glass so that it and the trim looked like new, and had it ready on time for the price quoted.  They were easy to work with and did a great job!

    I had 2 cars that I was deciding what to do with keep or get rid of. Eric's guys went through both vehicles finding the good, the bad and what cost would be to fix. I have always had good work done by them. only complaint and it isn't really a compliant is that they are good and it may take a few days before they can get your car into them.
