Don White's Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Rob Marsteller is the lead there and he was very accommodating to my business schedule. Because I'm so busy he went out of his way to bring the vehicles to me at my workplace so we could do a test drive. When I asked for different options he brought them out to me and didn't pressure me. He answered all my questions and all of my requests. Initially they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but they got it in and I bought it from them.

    KIC Motors LLC
It was really good.  I love them.  They are really nice.  They work with me.  Right now they are going through an issue with DMV because the car was titled and taxed we are over here in Hawaii so they are going through big issue but in the meantime they gave me a loaner car that I can have until my car was ready.  Price is really reasonable.  They are very professional.

    Pflueger Honda
Slowly we started noticing things wrong. First it was the bluetooth and then the AC adapter. When we called the answer we got was very snotty and they said we got a good deal and bought it as is. We still paid OVER blue book for it. So they refused to fix it and the blue tooth wasn't even.installed like the salesman said. Just recently we got a flat tire and went to get the spare. THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE. I called to ask where was my spare and was told i would get a call back.Have not gotten a call yet.As with buying any used car you should go over it with a fine toothed comb. But these guys are ridiculous, seems they promise the world to get you to spend your money then turn their backs on you. And unless you REFUSE to pay their ridiculously inflated prices BEWARE because they will try to get you, just research the KBB value of the car to want to buy FIRST!!! Even when the van was still under warrantee they said too bad about fixing things because we bought it as is. Now that the manufacturer warrantee is expired they said the extended warrantee we bought for three thousand dollars is only good on the mainland. Wow guess they got me.there. Buyer beware or better yet just go somewhere else. When speaking to them over the phone recently they implied that I was not being truthful about the spare tire. I told them I was going to add every detail  to my review on Angie's List, they responded that they weren't concerned about my review because they have good reviews to battle it.

    Cutter Chevrolet
I traded a wonderful 2007 Toyota FJ land cruiser for their used 2001 Chevy Corvette.  I was also to receive 500.00 in the trade.  Shortly after the trade the engine leaked oil like a pasta strainer, and the cost of repair came out to 400.00 the dealer ship said they would pay for the diagnostics of the visit and the parts. They took care of all costs to ensure customer satisifaction.  The car brok down 15 min after I got it back they gave me a fraction of what my toyota was worth and screwed me over completely.  Stay away from these people run fast and far they will screw you over and do it with a smile, the poorest customer service on earth.

Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Pearl City
My husband and I had a law suit with Cutter Dodge of Pearl City last December. We went in there shopping for a decent car. We don't find a reasonable car at a reasonable price. So they take us to the "back" and said these cars haven't been through service yet but if you buy it we'll rush it through service. We seen a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon for $13,000. We both loved the look of it and it test drove fine. As we were signing papers, they told us to bring it back tomorrow for the 21 inspection, this and that. So once we drive it off of the lot the check engine light comes on. My husband said it's fine they'll take care of it during the inspection, or that should. So we take it back the next day for them to make sure it's up to part. Once they're done the check engine light comes on again! So this time they give us a rental car for over a month. We finally get our car back, everything seemed fine, we were excited to be driving our car finally. Then later that night the check engine light comes on again!! So we take it back and they gave us another rental car. We start filling the law suit at this time because of the lemon law in Hawaii. We went to Tony Hyundai to see what's been going on, because when it needed to be fixed, cutter sent the car to them. Tony Hyundai gave us the documentation. And it stated they weren't fixing something because it wasn't covered through our gap insurance. They aren't suppose to sell it to us with anything wrong with it in the first place, hence "lemon law." After a rough couple of weeks and also waiting 60 days to see if they send us the title for the car, which they didn't, we got a lawyer got our money back plus compensation. Now we recently bought a brand new 2012 car from Tony Honda, it was only $5,000 more than the tiburon and $50 extra a month. So my advice, if you can afford it, just get a new car, from a reliable dealer.

Called really late for an estimate said that there was no problem they could take me and do the check with no charged and they called no less than 20 minutes after they had the car and told me that there were no problems and only to change the oil they did the service with speed. I also felt they did not only a good job but they didn't try to take me for a fool which was a fear of mine. Great service honest people

My husband went in to their location on Schofield Barracks and purchased the lights. The sales associate called the shop and got an appointment for the next day. We dropped off the bike and the person doing the job gave us some additional information about the batter and how the lights can run it down if not connected right. He was very informative and did not have to give out that information. The entire service took a couple of hours and was well worth it. When completed, he gave a demo and told my husband to let him know if he had any trouble.
