    Craigs Air Conditioning were very responsive and professional. Workers arrived on time, did a great job, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future needs!

    Technicians Timothy and Jordan called 25 minutes before arriving and were 10 minutes early.  They were courteous, friendly, and respectful.  They were thorough in addressing the cleaning.  They cleaned up after themselves and left things better than they found it.  They also cleaned up our previous AC provider's mess in our attic.  I was pleased with their level of care and the quality of their level of detail.  After a plastic light switch cover was damaged in the process of gaining entry into the attic crawlspace, the technician immediately reported it to me.  The technicians returned later with a new switch cover and replaced the broken one.
    Our air conditioner is now clean and working efficiently - just in time for the vog.  Our family has asthma and allergy issues so AC maintenance is an important matter.  I now trust Craig's for all my air conditioning needs in the future.

    Craig's was the fifth contractor I talked to. The first contractor I spoke with would not do the job because they did not do condos, but they did explain to me what it should cost once I found someone. I did a lot of research before selecting a contractor so I knew what I needed for a compressor and the two AC units. Two contractors were recommending system that were two big for the project. One other turn down the job. So I decided to check the manufactures webpage (Fujitsu). They rated Craig's as one the three best. The other two were the ones that turn down the job. It took a little time to get the estimate because of my schedule, but Craig the owner came out himself and did the estimate. He emailed me the estimate the same evening. It was spot on for price and equipment for what I needed. The only thing I have fault them on was he could not provide pictures of what it would look like afterwards. Because I live in a condo most of the lines had to be run inside. Once a date was selected, his guys showed up on time and were very friendly. The job took longer than expected, but was completed in one day. Two other crew members showed up later to help finished. When the work was completed they took special care to clean up everything. I know it was not an easy job because when you open walls you don't know what your going to find. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done. He guys took pictures afterwards. I'm guessing because of my request.

    I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with the Air Conditioner Shoppe!  I first phoned their office on November 25th.  I spoke to Neil and explained that I would like someone to come to my house to give an estimate for installing 3 split A/C units.  He said that he couldn't make an appointment that day, and that Rick would call me back the following week.  He was very gruff (almost rude) on the phone, which gave me a bad feeling about proceeding, but I still gave him my contact info.
    Rick phoned me the following Monday and left a voicemail.  We played "phone tag" a couple of times before I reached him.  I just spoke with him today (December 6th).  Their policy is to not set a time for an appointment.  He even said it's like the cable guy -- you have to agree to leave at least a 3-hour window open.  I explained that won't work for me, that I just need an estimate for work I'd like done, so I'm not able to leave an entire morning or afternoon open to wait for him.
    After getting off the phone with him, I called Neil back.  I explained that I'm interested  in about $10,000 worth of A/C units installed, and I'd like to set up a specific time to meet with someone.  He refused.  He was EXTREMELY rude -- talked over me and said he's not interested in the business if I'm not willing to do what they want.
    Wow!  I'm very glad to find out now that this is absolutely not the kind of company that I want to do business with.  It's not like this is the only company that installs A/C; I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

    Charlie and his crew were professional, compassionate of my situation, and respectful of my property.
    On Sunday evening, Sept. 22, had a leak coming through my fire alarm from the old unit in the attic. Called my regular maint. guy Tommy who works for Charlie but he was injured from a previous job. He immediately called Charlie (owner) who came by and checked out the situation.
    Had a plan in place (stopped leak), made a recommendation and to my agreement and satisfaction I bought a new more efficient A/C that was delivered and installed on Sept. 28. The installation was tricky as they didn't have much room to work with in the attic but managed to do everything (inside and outside) in record time.
    I renewed my maintenance contract with them and was a and quot;happy camperand quot;.

    We needed to replace the AC in our condo.  It was a difficult job due to the placement of the original unit and ducts in the attic space.  I got estimates from three companies.  Cornerstone was a bit more than the others but I choose them because 1) their solutions to the challenges of installation seemed smarter than the others and 2) several neighbors had used them (and the brand of equipment they recommended) with excellent results.
    We do not reside in the condo so I had to be assured that the equiptment would be available and the installation dates firm due to travel arrangements from the mainland.  We agreed on particular dates and the company was right on schedule.
    The guys who removed the old equipment and installed the new were excellent.  They were polite, efficient, no mess, etc.  Part of the installation included a new thermostat which can be set/changed via the internet.  Not all information necessary was included in the materials left so I contacted the company and they responded immediately, after talking with the manufacturer, and provided everything necessary.
    I did pay more for this job than I might have by using another company/brand of AC but I have no regrets.  This company was excellent to work with and the no problem experience was worth the extra dollars.  I highly  recommend them.

    Contacted Malcolm Wong the frist week of December 2011 and asked for Air Masters to come and give a bid for five new air conditioning systems in our condo project. Mr. Wong arrived within two days and spent an hour looking at the current system that would need to be replaced in five different units in the real near future. He was very knowledgable about various A/C systems, knew the new requirements and how to replace our units with the units that were quiet and energy efficient. I asked for two different types of bids, one using the higest quality and most efficient A/C equipment and one using average mid-line (less expensive) A/C equipment.

    When he left, I told him that I had five homeowners who were ready to install a new system now, so we would like a bid that is for installation of five units.

    Malcolm Wong said he would email me the details in a couple of days.

    It is now a month later, and after two emails and leaving two voice messages for him, I have yet to hear a word.

    I called to make an appointment left a voice message. They got back to me within the same day. Scheduled an appointment for next available day which was that Friday at 0730 in the morning. They were right on time. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable of the A/C systems that I have. Within half an hour they knew what was wrong with both A/Cs. One had a fried control and power board and the other a fried power board. They were going to get the parts to fix that day but I was not able to stay home til they return. So I rescheduled and on their second visit they arrived on time 0730. They came prepared with the parts they thought was broken and extra parts in case there was unforeseen damages. The repairs, cleaning and servicing of the A/C systems took about 2 hours.

    Overall, they stink. They are only interested in marketing their products and fail to provide follow-up service. I called them at least 4 times to adjust the heat sensor controls on my solar water heater and they provided little or no commitment to check the problem. To add insult to injury, they had new marketing sales folks contact me to install photo votaic cells as if they were completely unaware of my frustration w/the servicing of my water heater
