Went very good.  I still have the tooth.  Dr. Norman is very good with his bedside manner.  He treats patients well, as if they are his only patient.  His dental skills are very good.  He stays up to date with the latest techniques.  He will not hesitate to send a patient to a specialist if he thinks one is needed,

It didn't go very well, we are going to look for a different dentist.  I went in for a checkup and also I needed a form filled out, it was a military form. We were moving to Hawaii and there were 3 options basically, perfect, I had a few minor problems, such as fillings that were nothing major, or an option saying that I was basically an extreme case where I was going to need emergency help with in the next 6 months and all this. I went to the appointment and found out that I need a couple of fillings, which is no big deal. He also suggested that I get a occlusal guard because I have 2 of my baby teeth still. Which was all fine, no problem. When it came time to give me the print out, like the quote to tell me what I needed kind of thing. He didn't put occlusal guard, they put something different which is something that if you have dentures. It was something that I didn't need at all. So, they quoted me something that I didn't need. When I pointed out that it was strange or different they said, oh no, no you will get your occlusal guard. On top of that, when they filled out the form they filled out the section that I would need emergency care and all this. I just needed a couple of fillings, nothing major so I wasn't pleased with their service there. I would never go back. They were very pushy and tried to sell me everything. The actual dentist that I saw was a Dr. Glad. Some of the staff were fantastic but the doctor and some of the receptionists I didn't really care for. They messed up the billing and I had to contact my insurance company. It was a big mess.

They were just fantastic, very friendly, very professional. They got me in right away for an appointment because I needed to get a military form filled out properly. I went in to talk to them and they said, come in right now.

    Beavers, D. Mark D.
Went really well, they have massage chairs too!! Dr. Beavers has great technique, he has a machine in his office that makes the cap there so you dont have to come back for another appt. The cap went great, have to go back for more now, but I hate going to dentists no matter how awesome they are.

    Sonson, Dr. Jeffrey S. D.
Nice office equipped with new technology. TV keeps one's mind preoccupied during teeth cleaning or getting dental work done. The hygienist, Judy is wonderful and does a good job at removing plaque. I wanted to get an acrylic night guard; however, they could not get a perfect fit even for $471+ after 3 visits.

The dental pracitice is impressive. I was given three highly detailed written estimates for the three options to correct my failed bridge.
Dr. Sonson removed the failed bridge and took impressions during the first visit. Three weeks later the dental lab had manufactured a new bridge which fit so well that my removable bridge that fits behind the permanent bridge is still usable, saving me several thousand dollars.
In five visits to the office, I have never waited longer than five minutes. The staff is well trained and very friendly. They practice state-of-theart dental technology. I highly recommend the practice.

We arrived at the office 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The overall appearance was very clean, inviting, and nicely decorated. There was more than enough space to sit and walk if you wanted to. Plenty of magazines to read and a flatscreen to watch. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very warm and friendly and was asked to fill out paperwork. After no more than a 20 minute wait we were escorted by a very sweet dental assistant who made small talk with us and even my youngest whos 3. The back of the clinic is just as clean and inviting as the front and not at all as one would expect a dentist office to look like. It was large and had many different stations where patients were being seen and everything looked fresh and brand new.. We got to our room and the assistant got us settled in and offered me a place to sit and watch. She then left to alert the Dr that we were ready and when she came back she sat with us and talked. It made things very comfortable and almost homey which is a very new experience for me at a dentists office. Dr. Galbraith then came in and introduced himself and asked what was going on. I found him to be very polite and easy to talk to and in general just a very comfortable person to speak with. He had my daughter take xrays and then informed us that the baby tooth needed to be extracted. He then gave my daughter the option to do it there with him or be referred to an oral surgeon. I was shocked when she asked him to do it. I know that it was due to how comfortable she felt with both he and his assistant. With any other Dr. shes visited, she would have ran for the hills before asking someone to pulll her tooth out. He took her through the whole process step by step and was slow and patient and would let her know before he was about to do anything on her and I could tell she was confident in his abilities because she didnt even tear up let alone cry. He was done very quickly and it was extremely shocking how smoothly everything went. We were then walked up to the reception area again and checked out by the receptionist. All in all, an excellent A+++ experience at a dentists office so much that he is definetly our new family dentist.
