    The Queen's Medical Center
Diagnosis was clear and action taken quickly, skip the ER here unless it's truly an emergency b/c the wait can be very long. check with ur nearest urgent care facility to see if they can handle the problem, if they can't or it is truly an emergency this is where u want to be!

    Straub Clinic
They always sending out questionnaires making sure they are checkup on on all their doctors. They are always asking if the doctors listened to you and did they communicate with you well when you asked a question.  They make sure they check up on all their doctors.

    The Queen's Medical Center
They were excellent. They have the strongest MRI machines in the state, it is the 3TESLA. I feel comfortable getting accurate results there. They are really gentle and kind. They provide great service for my needs.

overall- excellect from the minute I arrived at the emergency room to the time I was discharged- someone was always there to confirm I was OK - checking in on me constantly to make sure all was OK- If you have to go to the ER, this is the one to go to-

This hospital is very good. They have the strongest MRI machines and they have a woman's health center and an oncology unit there. I will continue to use them in the future.

    BIRTH CENTER AT CASTLE
After a full day of contractions at 38 weeks pregnant, I checked in at the birth center at Castle Hospital. The registration process went very quickly because they accept pre-registration forms, so I had a form filled out with all my information already at the center. They just needed to confirm my insurance and identification, and they took my weight upon arrival. Even though they didn't have a birth room ready for me, the staff at the birth center did their best by placing me in a regular hospital room where I waited only minutes before I was escorted to one of the larger birth rooms. They allowed me to follow my birth plan and to change it as I requested. It was very nice because my birthing room was also my recovery room, so I didn't need to move after giving birth and my baby could remain with me and there was a couch/folding bed for my husband to sleep on. I was as comfortable as I could be while enduring the most painful experience of my life. The birth center allowed me to have whoever I wanted (or didn't want) present for labor, delivery and visiting after the birth. They provided many different types of birthing position equipment. There was a fairly spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, stool and tub/shower that had hot tub capabilities. There was a sink stocked with hand soap in the birth room, as well as a mini fridge, television, counters and many outlets (for phone chargers, other electronic devices). The bed was moderately comfortable and could be adjusted to many different positions. I got as many pillows and blankets as I asked for. I was provided with a cup of water filled with crushed ice regularly, which was great. They provided 3 meals per day, which were nutritious and plentiful and usually tasted decent, but allowed me to have my own food and drinks brought from outside, as well. Each nurse or technician introduced herself to me immediately upon entering the room. Each time I called the front desk to ask for my nurse to come to my room, it only took 5 minutes at the most for my nurse to arrive, even when I requested they bring something. All the nurses I had throughout my stay were patient and friendly and very thorough, especially the nurse who checked me out of the birth center. The nurse ensured that I was sent home with many items, such as newborn diapers, alcohol prep wipes, netted underwear, leakage pads, a tape measure, a cleansing bottle, and a can of Dermoplast spray. They even had a person available to help me ensure that the baby's car seat was properly installed before leaving.

The service is nice, they are friendly, see you at the actual time of the appointment, are patient, and caring. I give them and the staff high ratings and will continue to go there if needed.

    Kuakini Health System
It was an excellent experience. I go see the same doctor there, he is a referee. He is very nice and knows first hand about some of the pain I have. He explains everything. Though the results came back positive, I felt comfortable with him. This is the only place I will have a bone scan done.

I had spine surgery there in the past. I had my appointment in the morning and by four that afternoon I was out of there. I went to a hotel that afternoon so that I could rest. I went back and forth to the hospital for three days for check ups. The hospital was fine.

I even sent them a card thanking them for their wonderful care. They were so good. I worked in an office my whole life and I know how to talk to people. I know that in today's world, you have to do things for yourself and so you get your own information. I will use them again if my doctor suggests that I use them.
