    Takemoto-Gentile, Dr. Curtis
He was on time, and the visit went fine. Because I see Dr. Takemoto on a  3 to 4 month schedule, I can monitor my health well.  He is friendly, and listens to me about my concerns.   He is an integrative doctor and is able to provide an array of solutions to my "problems."

    Morris, Dr. Gregory
Dr. Morris is awesome! He takes the time to listen, then he shares with you the things that work. He helped me to get rid of the awful toenail fungus, and the treatment was relatively painless. It took multiple treatments to get rid of the corn, but it's finally gone and my foot is pain free for the first time in over a year! Everyone in the office is super nice. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Morris.

    Paul Singh DO
I went into his office a week after my due date so we could talk induction and he tells me the hospital that we had been planning on for 9 months...he no longer has rights to deliver there. And because of the financial state of Kern County at the time Mercy Southwest was requiring everyone to put a hefty deposit down in order to deliver there. We told him another hospital was not an option and we told me good luck and sent me on my way. I found out later that that he had his rights revoked at Mercy Southwest to do his practices. Thankfully after two days of searching...I found an amazing Dr. that delivered me. I know that if Dr. Sighn had delivered me I would have passed. I hemorrhaged severely and I know that he was not capable enough to handle the situation. Everything happens for a reason.

    Straub Clinic
This was a follow up for the removal of a cancerous cell on my upper arm. Vanessa showed great care and concern for th ehealing process and was thorough in checking for otheer potential spots. Her kindness, genuine concern for her patients is displayed in her interaction with the patient and a sense of well being is truly felt due to her presense.

    Haleiwa Family Health Center
I first began seeing Dr. Foley as my OBGYN. He was great, but virtually impossible to get ahold of. I came seeking a perscription to aid with my, then, constant bleeding. The prescription he provided me I was not able to fill anywhere on the island. I spend the next 2 and a half months trying to get ahold of him to get something else. I was very frustrated to say the least, but looked toward to better experiences in the future. I also was needing to get a regular prescription of mine filled, so I was scheduled to go to Dr. Suzuka as my general care physician. Initially everything was ok, then I was sent to a Dr at the Haleiwa location (previously I had only gone to Mililani). She filled out my prescription and I was on my way. I live in Ewa Beach, so I dropped my presctiption off at Long's, at which point they informed me that since my name was mispelled and they script said tablets instead of capsuels, I would have to get another one (It's for a controlled substance, so I have to actually go to the Dr. office and pick it up). By the time I got my prescription, I had been forced to go BACK to Haleiwa 6 TIMES before they FINALLY got everything right. I truley cannot put into words how dissappointed I was with Haleiwa Family Health as a whole.

    Seid, Dr. Arnold
As a new patient, I discussed in-depth a chronic medical problem and the many different prescription medications I have used to find relief, specifically stating the only medication and dosage that works well. (This medication is not a narcotic.) I requested and received a prescription for a 90-day mail-in pharmacy refill. I mailed the prescription and about a week later a package arrived. It was one of the medications I had told the doctor that does NOT work; the mail-order pharmacy had requested the doctor change the prescription to a cheaper medication and he agreed. Either he failed to make the notation in my chart regarding the correct medication, the chart was not checked before he agreed to change the medication, or his staff just agreed to the change the medication without consulting him. At this point, I was out of the correct medication, had medication that didn?t work, could not return it to the mail-in pharmacy, and was charged for it. I called his office and requested that another prescription be written so that I could send it to the mail-order pharmacy again. This second prescription was written for only a 60-day vs. a 90-day supply, but because I was out of medication, I sent it to the mail-order pharmacy anyway. They refused to fill it because they had just sent a medication for this condition! I went to the doctor?s office and told the front desk staff what a problem this had become. I asked that the doctor reimburse me for the charge for the wrong medication. By this time, I had been completely out of medication for about three weeks, I had medication that doesn?t work, I had a credit card charge I had to pay, and I haven?t even had one call from the doctor himself, nor have I received a check for the mistake. Also, my mail-in pharmacy had to contact my specialist physician to help resolve this medication issue. In addition, on my initial visit the lab technician had difficulty drawing my blood. She requested another employee try to draw the blood; this second employee did NOT use the standard precaution of wearing gloves when handling bodily fluids. She simply swiped her bare fingers across an alcohol pad. Neither employee was successful drawing blood; I had to go to a local medical laboratory to have the blood drawn. By the time they finished, it had been almost 18 hours since I had been allowed to eat anything. I received the 60-day supply of the correction medication about five weeks after I ran out, but had to pay the mail-in pharmacy for a 90-day supply. The doctor never contacted me about these problems. I would not recomment him.

Doctor was terse and did not hear my concerns. She was dismissive, which was disappointing after my long office wait despite my appointment.
