    Pet Paradise
We LOVE Pet Paradise! More importantly, our golden retriever Harper Lee loves it. We have been regular clients for several years, and each visit has been consistently excellent. From the reservation process to the quality care to the post-stay evaluations, the Pet Paradise team makes this place a home away from home for our dog. Highly recommend!

Excellent. I've used home cleaning services at my personal residences in several different states over the past 28 years and ISG is by far the best. I've been using them for over a year and have recommended them to several of my neighbors who also use them.

I dropped my standard and toy poodles off for a four day visit. Upon my return, she called me and said that she was brushing out my little dog and found a tooth mark by her tail. She said she'd witnessed a skirmish between my two dogs and my large dog had challenged my little dog. She didn't think anything had become of it, until she was brushing them to get them ready to come home and saw the tooth mark. When I arrived to pick them up, my little dog was shaking and distraught. I thought it strange she had bathed my little dog but I was upset that my large dog had hurt my little dog and didn't think too much of it. 24 hours later my little dog is running a fever, and her eyes are glazed over. I take her to the vet who shaves her backside to reveal more than 15 bites across her back. The vet puts her on antibiotics and pain medicine. Vet says that the size of the bites indicate a much smaller dog attacked mine. I let the owner know what happened at the vet and she maintains it was only my two dogs. I have several problems with the situation. 1) Why did she bathe my little dog? Unless it was to wash off blood and cover what really happened. 2) Since she did bathe her, she saw the extent of the damage done. Why tell me one tooth mark? 3) Why did she not seek medical care for my dog? I would have gladly paid for it to insure her health.
Too many things just don't add up here. Regardless of what happened to my little dog-the owner under reported the damage and her insurance should have covered the costs.

I like them because they are very considerate considering she is 15 years old. They know her and they did a beautiful job. Their prices are the same prices as most everywhere; they are not any higher than anyone else. They were excellent and I will absolutely use them again.

    K-9 Coach
Overall, I am fairly disappointed with my visit. I first must start by saying I am a veterinarian and I did a great deal of research into where I wanted my dog groomed. Many groomers don't require all vaccines and I find that to be unacceptable. I was impressed that K9 Coach did, had a service agreement as well as a form to fill out for my grooming. They also had great reviews about their facility, cleanliness, the staff, etc.  My initial impression leading up to my visit was a good one.
When I arrived, the person who greeted me was not very friendly. She pretty much checked me in and wanted to take my dog. I told her this was my first time here. Her only response was OK. She did not go out of her way to make me feel welcome, offer a tour of the facility, welcome me to their company, ask how I heard about them, nothing to make me feel comfortable about leaving my dog with them. She didn't even ask to have my vaccine records which was the MAIN reason why I chose K9 coach. I had to ask her if she wanted them. Nor did she take the grooming survery I filled out for first time grooming appointments that described everything I wanted for my dog. When I asked if I could meet the groomer, as this was my first visit and I wanted to feel comfortable about the groomer as well, she of course was not there and would not be available for another 1-2 hours, I was told. Had I not run into the groomer on my way out, I'm not sure how my dog would have turned out if the receptionist hadn't taken my grooming survery or allowed me to speak with the groomer. Leaving the facility, I was extremely uncomfortable.
The groom itself was relatively good. I really liked the groomer, she understood that this was my baby. She called me promptly when she was ready and greeted me when I came to pick up. I knew that my dog was going to take a lot of work as she had her long hair and was matted and I am very appreciative for the time spent on her. Once I got my baby home, I investigated her to see how she looked and came to see that her nails were never even cut. It wasn't that one toenail was missed, none of them were cut. Again, another important aspect of why people have their animals groomed, and after paying $55 and leaving a generous tip, I had to cut my own dogs nails when I got home.
I have to say I also question whether my dog ever had water with her. She has a long beard which is always wet when she drinks, and although she may have been dryed before bringing out to me, she drank almost an entire bowl of water when she got home as if she hadn't been offered any all day as well as had been panting heavily the entire ride home. Don't get me wrong, I understand that it is a great deal of excitement to be at a facility such as K9 Coach and dogs bark, but I hope water was not deprived just to keep my dog's beard clean.
I will not be returning to K9 Coach. In my practice, I make sure my receptionists go above and beyond to make any new and regular client feel welcome and at home and that their pets are truly loved (which they are). The client's first and last impression is with the front desk. Most of us animal lovers consider our pets family members so it is very important to us to make sure they are well taken care of especially if we have to leave them somewhere.

I was referred to a specialist. During the 20 min drive, my pet became very, very sick. Upon arrival at the specialist, I found that the correct diagnosis was internal bleeding. This was the 3rd day since first going to CAH. My pet was not going to get well for she was euthanize.

We've used Animal Hospital of Towne Lake to take care of our puppy, Ziva. We took her there for her initial healthy visit through being spayed. We also take her there for her regular grooming. All of the Vets, Techs and Groomers are very friendly and very willing to answer all our questions. They all act in a very competent, professional and carrying manner. I have no hesitation leaving Ziva in their care.

We have been very pleased and highly recommend them.

    Pet Paradise
It is one of my dog's favorite places to go. They clipped my puppy's nails. I go to them because of their kindness towards my puppy. They will let me hold him while they do his nails. They are supper sweet with him. They have tubs that you can walk your dog into and shampoo him. They provide everything you need. It is $10 during the week and $15 on weekends. It is nice because I do not have to clean my bathroom up. They also have showers if they do not like tubs. The staff is the most dog friendly people I have ever met.

They always do SUCH a great job! The staff are very pleasant, and seem eager to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for both owner and pet. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment the same day for a full-service wash, but they also offer self-service washing stations with no appointment required. They are always ready at my appointment time and greet us promptly. There is a little sitting area at the front, but the convenient location makes it easy to drop my dog off and run a quick errand or two while I wait for their call to let me know he's ready to be picked up.

I said that I spent $250, but $50 of that was a tip. He was VERY reasonably priced given he worked on three large dogs: a Great Dane, A Chocolate Lab and a Bulldog Mix for over FIVE hours! Mike was very easy to talk to, he was knowledgeable, and he listened to what I wanted. Some groomers balk at shaving a lab, but ours loves it, and Mike was very happy to accomodate us. He also bathed my VERY shy great dane puppy (11 mos) who is huge, but super skittish. He was super sweet to her. She even stopped shaking (eventually). My third dog is super allergic to everything, and Mike took the time to tell me about some alternative medicines as well as a raw food diet he knows helps with allergies. All in all, he was one of the few groomers who are in it for the love of animals, and not the money. The cost was comparable to most of the local groomers here, but I didn't have to take my dogs to them. He came to us. Very Convenient and an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Mike and Snazzy Pets
