    Bradford Family Chiropractic
The doctors at BFC do not claim to be able to fix all medical problems with chiro like some practitioners do.  They focus on what they know best.  They also have additional medical knowledge and can give you logical guidance into your options.  They have Massage Therapists on staff at all times to help with treatments.  They offer reasonable costs and lots of options on how often to see them.  Just love this practice!

My experience is great. It's cheap. It's a teaching college so I have no problem with the paper work and as long as necessarily as adjusting your whatever. It's a good experience for the people going through the college and those people that may need chiropractic.

Schantz, Dr. James E./Leading Edge Sport & Spine
Dr Schantz was able to see me quickly and after a few adjustments the exercises and adjustments did relieve my pain. I was especially surprised that he could relieve the pain in my bunion joint and improve the movement off toes. I have recommended him to others.

Dr. Shawn is so friendly and super gentle.  He is very warm and listens to all of your concerns.  He really is concerned for your health and the well-being of your family.  My husband, daughter, & I will be life-long patients of Dr. Shawn's.

I have been to them twice and it has been excellent.  They're very nice and they bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule.  It was amazing actually.  They gave me the cell phone number of the chiropractor.  I am happy with this doctor.

On a normal chiropractic visit, you check yourself in with a card or keyfob at the front desk.  The computer asks you which of your family members are checking in with you so that you don't have to have a spare card for each individual.  If it is very busy (like Saturday mornings) you will be asked to wait in the lobby for a few minutes; otherwise, you can go back tot eh secondary waiting area just outside the adjustment rooms. When the next room comes free, you go into the room adn use the same card or key fob to check everyone into the room.  The rooms are large enough to seat 3 - 4 people comfortably, and so are ideal for families.  Each room has a hydraulic drop table where most adjustments are done.  An adjustment usually takes about 5 - 10 minutes per person -- our family usually takes about an hour for six people.  We almost never have to wait more than 5 - 10 minutes so long as we schedule our appointments.
Massages work basically the same way.  When you arrive, you check in at the front desk with your card or fob.  You generally wait in the secondary waiting area until your therapist is ready for you.  The massage rooms are on the small side, but not disturbingly so, and they are quiet, clean, and well-decorated. A typical massage is one hour long for the price, adn can include any of the traditional massage techniques that you commonly hear of.  Daniel primarily works with us using deep tissue and stretching techniques, to improve our strength, relaxation, and flexibility.
Since we have been going to Ribley Family Chiropractic, we have found a lessening of pain, an increase in our flexibility, an increase in what we are able to do,  improvement in our children's posture, and remarkable help in recovering from two auto accidents.
We are also very happy with Ribley Family Chiropractic's affodrability.  They file virtually every type of insurance there, and generally the insurance coversvirtually 100% of costs.  My father is on Medicare, and even his coverage is almost 100%.  Even for people without insurance, the Ribley's have discount plans that allow for very competititve pricing depending on your needs.  We are very happy here, adn will continue to use Ribley for a long time to come.

Overall: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pusey and his staff. I have been visiting the office on a regular basis ( treatment regime) and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. I certainly don't want to try to live with fused vertebrae in my back or neck, which can be prevented with proper care.

    On a scale of 1 - 10, they get a 20!

Dr. Pusey listens, explains things, reviews things, etc., etc. He knows his stuff and has been in the practice for at least 29 years! He always starts his session with and quot;how are you doing?and quot; About a week ago I told him that my leg was bothering me ( I didn't think it had any thing to do with my back) Bottom Line: Tight hamstrings that can eventually effect pelvis and posture. He started me on exercises to stretch the hamstrings, and they work! No more problems.

The staff are absolutely wonderful - polite, professional, etc., etc. You can't go wrong here!

I am also confident that the other Drs. there are of high caliber.

I really couldn't move very well when I first pinched the nerve, so I and quot;sat aroundand quot; through an entire weekend. Although there was some pain and stiffness over the 1st few days after I started treatment (this is to be expected), I can state that after the 1st visit there was marked improvement with my movement. I was even able to do some of the exercises which helped speed up the recovery.

Highly recommended... like I said... patient for life.

    Ribley Family Chiropractic
Out family had been going to Ribley Family Chiropractic for over a year now.  We have met all the office staff, several rounds of interns, all the senior chiropractors and almost all of the massage therapists.  We could not be happier with the Ribleys and their staff, and we can't speak up enough to sing their praises.   Our "family" consists of 4 adults and 3 kids, ranging in age from 5 to 38.  We have lives that need a lot of help in the spinal adjustment department, considering that 2 of us spend all day at work typing at a desk, several of us are a little clumsy and thus have frequent falls and accidents, all of us have a tendency to slump while reading, and most of us are "weekend warrior" types who backpack the Appalachian Trail 2 or 3 times a year.  Throughout the last year, they have adjusted for carpal tunnel, minor scoliosis (which is recovering nicely), a car accident, and a lot of minor bangs and bumps.  During all this time, I haven't found any problem that they couldn't handle. As far as wait times go, Ribley generally does very well, and with the new appointment system they are implementing, the wait times are getting shorter.  Our family of 7 generally waits about 10 minutes or less on Saturdays, not at all on Tuesday afternoons before 5pm, and occasionally as long as 15 minutes if we come in during 5pm rush on Friday.  Even at rush times when the whole building is packed, the staff remains calm, professional and friendly. On this particular day, we had regular adjustments with Dr. Jen.  She has great hands and a friendly personality,  and successfully "puts my neck back together" every week in spite of my lousy postural habits.  Jen and the entire staff at Ribley are always willing to answer questions about how you can help get yourself better, but they don't act condescending when life gets in the way of following their advice.  They are well informed, friendly, and very family-oriented. On Saturdays, the adults in our family get massage therapy from Daniel, one of the therapists in the practice.  Daniel is friendly and professional, with the ability to use a wide variety of pressures and stretching techniques that goes beyond the stereotypical "spa massage" and into a level that actually gives noticeable benefits.  He has a numbered pressure system to ensure that he almost never presses too hard or too softly, and every member of our family has experienced an increased range of motion and a decrease in day to day pain since we started at Ribley. Even though Ribley Family Chiropractic  shines in professionalism, expertise, results, and attitude, there is one area in which they help our family more than any of the above:  the financial bottom line.  Ribley's Office Staff has insurance specialists that do miracles on your bottom line at each and every visit for a huge number of insurance companies, including Medicare.  Basically, if your insurance covers Chiropractic or Muscular Therapy at all, you are likely to be amazed at the how low  your final payment ends up being.  For those who don't have insurance, they have a variety of plans available to reduce the total outlay to a reasonable level. So, if you find ourself in need of Chiropractic or Medical Massage Therapy services, I encourage you to give Ribley a try -- you'll be glad you did!

    Donaldson, Dr. Michael
He is absolutely fabulous. He not only does chiropractic, he also does proactive wellness. The man is a miracle worker. He and his wife are together. They are both chiropractors and run the practice. Her name is Abby and I can?t speak highly enough of him. There is nobody that can compare to Dr. Donaldson. He is one of a kind. He was done such fabulous things for my whole family.

    Donaldson, Dr. Michael
Dr. Michael is awesome! My shoulder pain has subsided. The supplement plan he has me on has increased my energy level and decreased joint pain. My husband, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law all go to Dr. Michael as well, and everyone agrees that he can work magic. He spends time with you, and makes sure he addresses all problems you may be having. I highly recommend him.
