    I have been wanting to trade my car in for a new vehicle. I contacted this individual, based on reviews, about detailing my 2016 Honda Civic. I stated in my email that the car was mostly clean except for some light dust, and that my main concern was the driver���s side passenger seat. I had a gallon of milk leak, and I had tried to shampoo it out at a regular, cheap car wash. That was the extent of the difficulty with cleaning my car. I mentioned that because there are people who will hire someone to clean and it looks like a hurricane touched down in their car. I wanted him to know it was a quick, easy job. Ergo, quick, easy money. This guy emails me back, politely tells me that something like that should be handled right away because of odors, he���s booked no less than ten days out and he only does full interior/exterior jobs. And then signs this ���get lost��� email with ���Best Wishes���. First, it���s just a soap ring in fabric, and as a traveling professional, I don���t carry a heavy duty handheld steam cleaner around with me. It appears that he erroneously assumed that the dribble of milk that leaked, and was promptly cleaned, was actually a full gallon dumped over the seat and left there. He didn���t ask any questions, he never saw the car, he didn���t even ask for clarification. He made the assumption and went with it. Then he assumed I wasn���t going to pay for a full detail service, simply because I mentioned the only thing that���s dirty in the car, which is actually clean as it is only a soap ring that���s kind of been sitting there. It was, however politely worded, rude, thoughtless, and unprofessional. But it���s okay. If he doesn���t want my money.... someone else will.

    I cannot thank Mr. Sweeney enough for his professionalism and for advocating on my behalf during the independent appraisal process. The insurance company hired one of the most difficult to deal with ���independent��� appraisers to represent them. Still, Mr. Sweeney managed to negotiate even under such tough circumstances and, through his knowledge and experience, he got for me a better deal than initially offered by the insurance company. He was always available, responding immediately to my phone and email inquiries and constantly updating me. I highly recommend him for his dedicated work for his clients. Thank you, Mr. Sweeney!

    All Pro Window Tinting
    All Pro Window Tint has gone above and beyond every time we have used them. We had used them a couple of years ago for tint on our cars and loved them so when we got new cars this year, we promptly called up All Pro and scheduled new services. My Tahoe got tint one week and the truck got tint the next. Just a week after this, the drivers side window on the truck got destroyed and when we were working to get it repaired we called All Pro and they were more than willing to help us in any way to get our tint reapplied on the new glass. They worked with my husband diligently to get him scheduled and seen while working with the glass company time window. They are amazing,friendly, and helpful and we will not use anyone else for our window tint.

    Meineke diagnosed the issue for me. Although they couldn't address the issue, they made a recommendation and discussed the overall mechanic area. Truly professional and honest. Treated with the greatest of respect. Although for this problem, they didn't do any work - they have gained a future customer and someone I'd recommend easily to others. Thank you.

    Untrustworthy management ran by (David Brook). Brooks Automotive need to be closed down for taking people money for the poor service and lack of knowledge to fix transmission. Never again, will I do business with this shop nor recommend their service.

    I got a good deal because I had a coupon. The price was great, I'd give them triple AAA. I drove in, they gave me a number. I went inside, got coffee, put ESPN on. They had wi-fi. About an hour later they called me and I found out the coupon was $24.00.

    The only reason I say a B is because when I went into the dealership to buy a car, none of the salesmen came over to me.  They came to other people, and I'm like, huh, OK.  And then I'm like, OK, I took a shower today, so I'm not offensive, my breath, so why isn't anybody not coming to me?  This is interesting.  I was a little aggravated.  I was about to walk out the door, and a young man said has anyone helped you?  I'm like, nope, that's why I'm leaving.  He says well, I can help you even though I'm an intern.  This is my first week.  He said what do you want?  I said I want to buy a Camry.  He said are you leasing or financing?  I said I can do either.  So he was like, OK, well.  He showed me the car, then I picked out one, and then he said when would you be able to take delivery?  I said today.  He said, today?  I said yes. Are you going to trade anything in?  I'm like no, how soon can you get this car ready.  He said well, we'd have to run a loan.  I said I already have a loan approved, or I can take money out of the bank.  He was like, really?  I'm like yes, so he was like, OK.  They had a great leasing deal, so I ended up leasing it, and it was interesting.  Since it was his first week, he wasn't familiar with everything, and actually I was helping him because I've done lease deals before.  So he's like, oh you know a lot about finance.  I said yeah.  He says what do you do?  I said I'm a vice president of a particular bank.  He's like oh, OK.  So actually then another gentleman came over because he saw us doing all the paperwork, so he said what's going on.  I said we're buying a car, so then he was like oh, and it was one of the gentlemen who looked at me and just walked to another couple.  When he brought the paperwork to me with the loan, I'm looking at him like, I don't see his name on this, but I see yours.  You need to switch this.  He said well he's... I said he what?  He's the one that's selling me the car, not you.  I understand he's only been here a couple days but he's getting the sale.  He was a little aggravated.  The young man was very happy.  You never know who walks through the door.  The car was ready.  I said I'll be back at 5:30; the car was ready at 5:30.  Now that they know me, I probably would buy again because I like Toyota products.  They're very reliable.

    Powertech did an amazing job. I was on a tight schedule and the heating repair was unexpected. However, they worked very hard and got everything working perfectly and on time. Great professional work by Powertech, again! They've done beautiful work on several of my Porsches over the past 20 years. Very highly recommend ����
