Job was assigned to DJ on 7-20-17, he did not come out for 5 days, at that time I was told I needed a new thermostat and fan motor. according to DJ he ordered the parts on 7/25. on 8-10 I called and asked when they would be back out and was told the parts were on backorder and that I was also "TOO FAR" for them to come out til they could work me in, DJ Finally came on out on 8-17 and he left the receipt for the parts showing they had just that day been picked up, so the backorder was a lie. He supposedly put on new parts, but upon leaving told me "not to plug the unit in for 2-3 hours", which made no sense to me, technicians normally plug in the appliance to see if it is working; but I waited 2 hours, plugged it in and,,,, nothing, it did not even come on. I called him back, no answer. I have waited and waited for him to reply about this and finally called another tech on 8-28, that tech came out this morning, one day later, and told me the part DJ put in was not only the wrong part, but it was not hooked up and it was TAPED in!! that is why the unit was not running. The tech put the part in correctly, and he plugged it up and the unit began cooking and running immediately, he charged me $80 for this repair, versus DJ was paid $125.00 by me for the service call and another $60 for parts and never got the unit running, this man is not worth your time. I have been without a refrigerator for 5 weeks, which is absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and call someone other than DJ.

This is the most honest repair person I've ever met.  He brought and installed a new ice maker only to find that debris had clogged the water line.  He unstopped the line and put the old unit back in.  I have a full tray of ice now and only paid the very reasonable service call of $69!

Mr. V was on time and very professional. The problem was complex but he handled it efficiently. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked. The cost of service was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

My 3 yr. old Whirlpool dishwasher started making loud noises as if there were something in the pump impeller. Although I'm not an appliance repair person myself, I would have probably attempted to pull the thing apart and see if there was a foreign object in the impeller. Due to the fact I've been having back problems I didn't think it was a good Idea to be crawling around on my hands and knees.
I set an appointment for Tues. 6/27 between 11am and 2pm. James arrived shortly after 11 am. He was polite and started right to work disassembling the machine. There were two problems. (1)He wasn't sure which way the spindle nut should be removed (standard or reverse thread) which means he could be tightening or loosening it. (upon my encouragement he called a friend to tell him.) (2) He seemed to lack the proper tools to do the job. The channel lock pliers he was using was tearing up the plastic nut which had to be held in place while turning the spindle screw. I asked him to stop attempting to remove the part while there was still enough of it left to get ahold of.  I  then supplied the tools and assistance using them. ( down on my hands and knees)
Nothing was found in the pump and it was reassembled, tested and it worked fine.

Everything was excellent.  I had tried to fix it myself, but couldn't do the right things so we inquired of Larry's Appliances and the technician came right out and fixed it.  It was making ice again before he left.

The technican was scheduled to arrive within a four hour window which he did not. After calling their office we we're told he was delayed repairing another customer's appliance and would arrive within two more hours. Once arriving the techanican acted professionally, dismantled the washer and diagnosed the problem as a bad water valve. Due to the age of the equipment and the estimated cost of repair at $180 he suggested we consider replacing the washer but said that if we chose to repair it they'd apply the $100 service call fee to the cost of repair. I felt like his suggestion was resonable given the age of the washer and opted to replace it with a new high efficiency model. I would use them again.

The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on hand to complete the repair. The service was performed quickly and was very fairly priced.

They are awesome. I felt like they were reasonably priced and the tech was super nice. He worked with me having the least expensive parts and was very patient with me.
