    I had Justin Dasch put a new metal roof on my house. One year later I climbed up on my roof to reconnect a rain gutter and discovered over half the screws on my one year old roof had rusted. They weren't galvanized at all. I called Justin and expressed my concern that his crew must have accidentally used the wrong screws and that I just considered it a mistake on their part. I really didn't feel that he had used cheap screws on purpose. He assured me it had never happened before and that he would come out to assess the situation. He had me text photos and he sent a reply text message (which I still have) stating he'd take care of it. Several months later I hadn't heard from him so I called again. I had to explain all over again who I was and what had happened. At that point I began to feel his confusion was actually his way of denying any fault on his part. He then told me he was in my area and he'd call me right back in two hours after he finished an estimate. He never called back and when I would call or text him he would just ignore my voicemails and texts. After a few weeks of being ignored I just let it go. But today I'm angry about it again and decided to express it with a review. It's all I can do at this point. The 15 year warranty on my invoice from Ed Dasch & Sons is only as good as the company. So I realize now that I just got screwed on my screws.

    Mr. Gordon called before coming and acknowledged it was a little later than he had told me it would be, but that was fine me as I was thankful he had the parts and could repair the washer the same day I called as it was Friday afternoon and I had a lot of laundry to catch up! When he arrived, he confirmed it was the coupler/coupling? and fixed it right away. It only took him a few minutes and it was good as new again! I chose Mr. Gordon's company from seeing the reviews here and am satisfied with the service I received, too.

    We continuously use CBR for all our equipment rentals. They are fair and you can expect prompt service. The equipment is not brand-new; therefore, if you have any issues, please contact them immediately. It's always great to do business with this company and we would highly recommend them!

    Showed up on time at 7 am. had my 30 sq roof shingles removed with couple hours. They replaced the old or warped wood that needed repairs or replacing. they covered the entire roof with Architectural Shingles and had eaves drips replace and color matched to the shingles by 4 pm the same day. After the entire project was complete the crew cleaned the area and even raked up the area to help beautify the appearance. The whole experience was fantastic and they are a very professional company.

    Upon entering, you notice the classy atmosphere. It looks exactly like a tanning salon should. I love the low-lighting and carpeted areas. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a selections of programs available from yearly plans, monthly plans, single visits, as well as the program I was looking for that uses stars to depict how many visits are available to you. There are also several different types of beds. As I have tried other salons in the area, I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!

    Called for an estimate and they were very prompt. Told them we wanted metal roofing and they explained problems they had been having with that product, so we decided to go with lifetime roofing instead. They gave us an estimated time of start as 7 to 10 days, and we were experiencing leaks....so they came and did some temporary fixes for us. They ended up doing it earlier than expected and finished all in one day!!
    They were very professional and thorough in their clean-up.
    All in all, it was a very nice experience for a traumatic event!

    Called to inquire about replacing the video card on my Dell TV (expire warranty) and was immediately told that he could not help me because it was a Dell brand. Very disappointed, since this was my first time trying to utilize this company.

    Arrived when expected and stayed on job until done. Two days. I was presented a bill on completion that was higher than the estimate. The estimate was held up until Mr Howell could get the price of the wood for the repair and the cost of the wood was supposed to be included in the estimate. I paid the additional $118.00 for the wood but just want to let everyone know to watch for this sort of thing from Mr. Howell. Overall, good job.

    Somebody told me they are the best roofers. They were licensed and bonded, which was an important thing. They followed through me. I got an estimate. They did a good work. I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent work as far as it looks and when they finished. They cleaned up very well and that's a big thing. I don't want to go outside and have nails as well as shingles all over my house. They did a good job with that. I did get their estimate and if somebody would have been cheaper, I would rather have them for the quality of their work and reputation.
