It was a bit shakey due to some complications during the emergency procedure. After that the hospital staff was great.  Nurses never get the amount of credit they deserve. I have never had good bed side manners from any doctor at any level for me or my loved ones.  SOOO, I do not take that into consideration when writing a review. The facility and the staff was top notch and I was happy to go but it was not bad being there.

The office environment wasn't very professional. You could overhear conversations about their personal life. I had to call numerous times for a re-bill because she set me up for a number of labs and I was billed as though the labs weren't recommended by a physician. I will never go back there. She doesn't seem very knowledgeable at all.

overall i felt that this office was full of professionals that either didn't care about, or didn't have the knowledge to talk to me about anything that I had question for. they, on several occations gave me false advice. now my insurance won't pay for me to get a second oppinion. now i'm stuck with hoping my miscarriage works it's self out how ever long that takes.

She is my regular physician and I am very happy with her. She takes time to listen to you. She is not one of those doctors that when you talk to them you think they are in another room. The office and the staff are pleasant and professional. Generally speaking things run on time there and I am pretty happy with that. They are a participating provider on my insurance so I never have to deal with that side of things. I will use this doctor in the future.

It went very well. I had had previous colon surgery for cancer just a few months prior. Dr. Flood's assistant and staff explained everything to me before the procedure and the doctor followed up with my results, expectations, and recommendations.

The procedure went smoothly and quickly. I took one day off from normal activities to rest and the next day felt great. I've had no problems at all. The staff checked on me by phone the next day to see how I was doing.

Dr. Flood was very personable, clear--and answered all my questions.

My only drawback was that I did not get to see him or meet him until the day of my surgery. I'd only met with his assistant and staff. However, my other doctors had already given him a thumbs up so I felt like I was in good hands.

I would highly recommend Dr. Flood if you need a colonoscopy. And please take it from one who wouldn't get one done--please do so if you are 50 or older and sooner if there is any history of colon cancer in your family. I was lucky this time around. My cancer triggered a benign growth that grew large enough to alert me something was wrong. For many, colon cancer is a silent killer. If I had only had a colonoscopy prior to the time of my benign growth, it may have been an easy removal of polyps, done during a colonoscopy. But instead, I had to go through major abdominal surgery. And my cancer could have been far worse than it was. Again, I was lucky at only stage IIa cancer. Had it been III or IV I would have had to undergo extensive chemotherapy and radiation.

So PLEASE--get the colonoscopy. The prep is the worst part, but once you get beyond that, you're fine. And better to remove the cancer in polyps than some horrible larger growth.

If this writing can save even just one person from having to go through what I went through, then the time I've taken to write this will have been well worth it.

I've been seeing Dr. Eubanks since 2005, and she is excellent. She is very responsive, listens to her patients, and encourages patient participation in care. She loves it when you bring in information about new treatments, and isn't one of those Dr. God types. The only issue I've had is with the office staff situation -- sometimes messages don't get through, calls don't get returned, refills don't get called in. She's told me it's not the staff but the phone system, so hopefully it will get worked out soon.
