Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable.

David, the technician, was prompt, courteous and very competent. He had the machine apart in a few minutes and made an effective diagnosis in a few more minutes. He repaired, tested and even advised on how best to maintain our aging microwave. Overall, the repair experience was excellent.

In short, the technician blamed my wife and I for why the dishwasher would not operate.  He began making excuses even before coming to our home.  Over the phone he told my wife that we were operating the dishwasher on the wrong setting.  Seemingly, he assumed that we were setting it to a high-temp setting or something of the sort.  We told him that he had tried an array of settings all leading to the same issue.  When he came out, he blamed the problem on the soap.  When asked for a recommendation of what soap to use, he only stated that we used too much.  When he was told that in the most recent occurrence of the problem we only filled half of the compartment, he had no response except that we should use a different brand.  We told him that we tried at least three different brands and types (that was actually something we read on the Internet).
The technician also argued with my wife in regard to the instructions that he left her during their phone conversation.  He stated that he told her to operate the dishwasher without soap in the compartment.  When in fact, he told her to run a cycle - not specifying to not add soap.  Our assumption would be that he would have wanted use to include soap in the cycle since there would be evidence that the dishwasher would not be working.
During the entire course of the technician's visit to our home he spoke to my wife in a condescending tone and often spoke over her when she was trying to answer his questions.  It really seemed as if him coming out and doing his job was an inconvenience and a hassle that he did not want to be bothered with.
Which leads to my biggest issue with the technician - he didn't want to be bothered with running a cycle himself in order to witness the issues himself.  This company provides a three-hour window to it's customers - so assuredly there was sufficient time for him to run through a cycle and witness first-hand the problem and still have time to move on to his next appointment.  But, he didn't want to bother.  He wasn't interested in helping us and it showed from his very first phone call in the morning.
I'm glad this visit was on the retailer's dime.  I would have never paid for this so-called "service," I will never consider this company for any future service, or recommend them to anyone who may need assistance.

The diagnosing was quick, the part came in quickly, and the the repair was also quick. My oven stopped heating, I logged onto Angie's list and found a reputable company near me.  I called and they were able to come out the next day.  Robert was punctual and he diagnosed the oven quickly. We gave him a down payment for the part and the part was ordered on Friday.  The part was in on Monday! I made an appointment for repair, he showed up, repaired my oven, and now I'm going to bake a cake!

Contacted SEARS online. They attempted to sell me an extended one-year warranty for $275, refused, requested a service call that was supposed to cost $75-$80. A&E came out, spent ten minutes telling me the leak was caused by improper installation. Cut a two-inch piece of rubber tube off the line and installed new bracket, Charged me $189.
