AChoice Home WarrantyWe've been a Choice Home Warranty customer for about 2 years now and this is the 2nd claim we've had. Just like with our 1st claim, Choice was in touch with us within 15 minutes (by email and text) to confirm they had the work order. Within an hour, a service company was provided and we had an appointment for early the next morning (remember, it's southeast GA...a/c service companies are busy in late June). This was so much more responsive than a competitor we used to have a contract with (10+ days). The service technician arrived on time and got to work. He spent about an hour checking everything then told us what he was going to do to repair our system. Because of the age of our system, we opted to replace it rather than repairing it. The new install went well in blistering heat with the crew working in cramped quarters in the attic. I felt for them but they did a great job. The whole process from claim to diagnosis to install took less than 48 hours. We are absolutely happy with our home warranty and with the technician who came to help us.- James R.

ACoolray Heating & Air ConditioningThe tech determined what the problem was and in less than 48 hours had ordered and came back to do the install. The job was a little pricey but that's because I had hired another company that failed to find the problem and charged me over $400. After the work was done they made the job site look like they were never there. I haven't had any problem with the unit since the install. The company also checked with me several months later to see if there were any concerns and I get 2 free system check up per year now.- Curtis W.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

ABetter than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). Great job by the technicians on the installation and housekeeping after the job was completed. Ben A.

AReplaced the first system summer of 2017. Scott came out the within a few hours from calling. After looking at the problem it was obvious the system was beyond repair. He provided a quote which was below what I had received from competitors. Within a day or so his crew showed up and replaced the unit. I had previously consulted Consumer Reports on Heat and Air. Bryant was one of the higher rated units. Nine months later the other unit was making a loud noise. I had one of Scott's crew come check it out. The compressor was on the way out. I had this unit replaced with another Bryant. Both transactions where done with efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully, I'm done for a few years with Heating and Air but would not hesitate to call Corbitt Heating and Air if the need arises.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AEveryone we dealt with at Dry Pro was consummately professional. The project took a solid week, and the installation team quickly adapted when we discovered that due to a previous miscommunication I had not arranged to have the furnace moved. Chandler, Travis and George worked steadily and purposefully and always made time to answer my questions. Chandler called every morning to tell us they were on the way and would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. Nick, the electrician, was focused and fast, and Juan, the inspector, was helpful and observant. Our basement is transformed and will be much more useable. Bonus: We've already turned down the thermostat 2 degrees.
