ASoutheast Appliance Repair LLCI called and he was able to fix my dryer the next day. He was friendly but professional. Very knowledgeable. I have a Samsung dryer and thought I needed a new belt. After watching a video, I knew I did not want to even attempt to repair it myself. I’m glad I hired a professional because it needed more than just a belt. AEveryone we dealt with at Dry Pro was consummately professional. The project took a solid week, and the installation team quickly adapted when we discovered that due to a previous miscommunication I had not arranged to have the furnace moved. Chandler, Travis and George worked steadily and purposefully and always made time to answer my questions. Chandler called every morning to tell us they were on the way and would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. Nick, the electrician, was focused and fast, and Juan, the inspector, was helpful and observant. Our basement is transformed and will be much more useable. Bonus: We've already turned down the thermostat 2 degrees.
