Quality of work was outstanding.  Kitchen looks great with repair and new floor.  Fascia replacement and house paint makes my house look like new.  Yard looks great.  Each day, when I returned from work, I was amazed at the amount of work they had accomplished.
Communication was great.  I received an itemized contract with everything listed that was to be done.  I appreciate everything they did for me and would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

We purchased a home in Valdosta that needed some repairs. We live in Atlanta. We checked the reviews on Angie's List, and are very thankful that we did & that we found Kyle Kellerman! He was superb in every aspect of the repairs. He gave us an estimate in advance and was very thorough with all the details. He was in contact with us throughout the entire process. Our son had sent us pictures of the remodel that Kyle did in the foyer to create an opening to the dining room. The pictures did not do his work justice! It took us a couple of months to get to Valdosta to see the remodel, and we were elated at the superior work done by Kyle! You could not tell that the opening was not there when the house was originally built. It flowed perfectly with the existing trim and flooring. Kyle went out of his way to make sure the flooring color matched, even though the existing flooring was 4 years old. We also had to have some work done on the garage framing. Kyle explained all the variables that could occur once he removed the framing. One scenario would be a simple repair; however, if he found more extensive damage, there would be another scenario to complete the repair. He prepared us for both situations in advance so that there were no surprises. Luckily for us, the simple repair was all that was needed. Kyle is a rare find. He takes pride in his workmanship and is professional on all levels. We wish we could find someone like him in the Atlanta area! We would recommend him to anyone looking to get a remodel or repairs on their home. If we need any repairs on the home in the future, Kyle will get our business!! Thank you Kyle for making this process so easy for us!!

They were very Professional and all work was done in a very timely manner. It was a two man team one started removing the old grout while the other started the removal and replacement process of the broken tile. One the grout was out they both went to work on the tile replacement. After all tiles were cut to fit and ready they set them in with thin set making sure all side were even and level as they went. lastly they replaced all missing grout and washed/cleaned it three times till there was no haze on the tile. Overall process took maybe two hours tops from start to finish. The team made sure the area was clean before departing. It went so well I have them coming back to refinish my front door next week.

    Valdosta Handyman (M&M Associates)
In a nutshell, ill prepared, without the proper equipment, lacking discipline and expensive. On the whole their work is unsatisfactory by any reasonable definition. The only exception; the gentleman that repaired the siding. HE did excellent work.
I contracted Mand M Associates to repair damaged siding and paint the exterior of the house in September 2013. The work was scheduled for the last week in September. I made a special point of mentioning removing the gutters and painting the fascia board behind them. All the trim and windows were to be included. It was clearly understood that there was a very strict schedule and the work had to be completed within a certain time frame. It rained the day work was to begin. The next day was overcast and rain was forecast but cleared up in the afternoon. Mand Ms crew lost another day with the excuse it was too wet to pressure wash! When they did show up, they were ill prepared, did not have the proper equipment (ladders), and used my house to train a new employee how to pressure wash. Not very successfully. I knew I was in trouble when it became obvious these guys were more interested in smoking, chatting amongst themselves, and talking on the cell phone. This scenario was repeated until I was forced to leave them unattended despite having pushed off the departure by a day. A week later I received some low resolution images via e-mail along with a balance due invoice for the job. Not having the opportunity to personally inspect the work, I paid. BIG MISTAKE.
Returning a month later areas that required rework were identified, including an area above a second floor window that was completely overlooked. The gutters had not been removed and the fascia board was not painted. I notified Mand M and was told it would be addressed right away except for the gutters and fascia. Mand M and I had already exchanged e-mails regarding the gutters. Mand M claimed that was never part of the deal. Mand M was contacted again in November and the following January with requests to address the areas that had been overlooked or needed rework.
In March 2014 the decision was made to put the house up for sale. Full disclosure required my pointing out the areas that still needed to be addressed by Mand M. While doing our walk around it was also observed that some areas of the house appeared to have been painted using two different paint textures, and some areas were chalky. The agent - a well respected member of the Real Estate community - volunteered to have a discussion with Mand M, and did, without result. He got every excuse in the book as explanation for not completing the job satisfactorily and no acceptable reason for the poor quality workmanship. It is now April 2014 and the work still has not been done.
Would I hire them again? NO. Would I recommend them? NO! If you do hire Mand M, plan on supervising 100%
of the time and inspect the work closely.

Andy Davis, Repairs and Remodeling, Inc.
A good handyman. I hired Mr Davis to repair some damage to my home and he was everything I expected in a repairman. He was prompt, had everything to do the job, worked until it was done and most of all the job was done to my satisfaction. I recommend Mr Davis for your home repair or remodeling needs.

Bill Casey and his son arrived on time on the agreed upon date. They carried in the new microwave in its box and got right to work. In less than an hour the job was finished and they hauled the old oven away. Marked down to "B" in professionalism because clean up of work area wasn't thorough.

I Had this company give me an estimate along with 2 other quotes, We decided to go with Dan's quote.  I set an appointment with him to begin the work, he was on time & was very patient with me on my list of work to be done.  He also took me to Lowe's to point out choices of material to use.  We went with the shingles he picked out, and the bathroom supplies which can be used to save on material cost.  He got us a 10% off material with a coupon fron Lowe's stores.  The roof was the first thing that got done, went well, looks great & all cleaned up at the finish of the job.

2 weeks later we hired his bussiness again to remodel my bathrooms.  They look great, just what I had in mind.  I had them repaint due to my color change , but he didnt mind, for half the price to repaint again.   This took 8 days to complete due to drying time, but was well worth the wait.
At the end of the month we had him paint the outside of my home.  good price, and great job.   Only had 1 problem with this job, it rained the second day they were painting, but he fixed the runs the next day, no charge, I liked that.
In January , we will use his company to rebuild our chimney for us also
all reciepts were accounted for at the end of each job.

They worked hard and were fast, and did very good work.  I paid them more than they had asked because they were worth it to me.  I will be calling on  Bill the next time I need help - and at my age and capabilities, I expect that will be fairly often.  I recommend the Anytime Handyman.

James and Co. came out after quoting me a very VERY generous price and spent around 8 hours assembling this shed. Even though they didn't expect it to take so long they were very kind a kept on trucking in the super hot sun! They were very respectable with all the parts being careful and cautious and also making sure they did it right. Well worth the money. I can honestly say a 10/10 on this job. They also shared some tips with me on how to repair a sagging fence as well as an easy way to cement my shed. Thanks! Will contact for help again!
