    B & W Roofing & Construction
With the San Antonio has been getting, I noticed my gutters were not completely up to par. I called B&W again and had them come out and replace them for me. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I am so incredibly happy to have found this company when I needed my roof replaced last spring!

Third time using Azalea City Roofing & Constructions & as usual, very satisfied with the professionalism & work.  Will continue to call Kyle for any house renovations big or small knowing that he'll make sure any project will be done right the first time.  Highly recommend Azalea City Roofing & Constructions for any home renovations!

    Mr Bill's Painting
I had Mr. Bill completely paint the outside of my home which was done flawlessly. I had realtors complementing the work. I then hire him to remove wall paper, prep the walls, paint the walls and trim, repaint and finish all kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities and repair a damaged wall. I must say we are more than pleased with the work and professionalism shown. Mr Bill went above and beyond what was asked and did it with great care. I would recommend him for any painting job you have.

Poor attention to detail and I felt as if he seemed I was nagging him to get things done right. Overall work is good, but had to do a lot of things myself to make it meet my standards of finishing. Example: did not place strike plates on doors and paint primed doors. He also told me he worked alone which I clearly understood. Then showed up with 2 other guys. When I asked him about it he shrugged it off, like many things I had brought to his attention.

    Harris Roofing Co
Tim Harris was really good. He came and gave me the estimate. He came in and got it all done in one time on the day he said he was going to do it. The gutters were couple of bits and pieces, the little thing at the bottom of the gutters that spread the water out. He said that he could put those in there for some amount. He said that I could go to another company and get it for higher amount. He did a really good job. I asked him about some sections of roof that I thought might need some work. He said that it was needed as it would not be beneficial. He gave me the best product that I needed. The price was reasonable. I asked him for references where he had worked before. It was in the neighborhood and I asked them. Everybody liked him. I have column in my front porch. It has got a weird angle the way that the roof slopes. It was one of the really bad spots where the water came off. Downspouts there would not just look right. The way he put it in, we couldn't even notice it. Once he gave me the initial quote, he had to order the parts and he was on another job. It took a little longer for him to get in here with the parts.

Dan was given the money he needed for supplies, he did start the job ASAP, first thing I saw was a change in the way I asked him to build my porch,  he didn't gable it, he came straight off the roof, like a lend to fashion...he allowed enough hang over on front and none on either side of porch, he assured me it would not leak... first rain, it did just that, I complained and he kept assuring me he knew what he was doing.... he worked on the front deck, it look pretty good untill further inspection, there was gaps, and poor woodworking skills..He covered up his goofs with more lumber, at my expense.... the wheel chair ramp was built by his helper, that was even remodified after he had nailed the ramp too high, and he said he was gonna add more wood to cover up that goof up..I have pics of all this to prove my statements.. my son in Atlanta saw the pics on Facebook, called me and asked me to tell Dan he needed to adjust  here and there....He asked me just who is this person and who was I talking to..He got very nasty with me because I questioned him.... I told him that these people were loved ones or just people that cared about me, seeing how I was gonna give him a small fortune to get my dream built on my new home...he came to my home late the last evening, drinking a beer that he said he don't even drink.....we talked again and I explained my concerns and my desires to have it done right, he assured me that gonna do it right, and make me happy, by himself.. He blamed his help for most the goof ups, lied to me about his where abouts one day, and me knowing where he was, his men had to cover up for his lack of work also...I was asked many times for checks, soon Ihad spent over $6000 for materials and labor, nothing really completed. Last day he drove up and jumped out and was with helper, I could see he was not gonna do what we talked about last night...I asked him what and I said no, I want the back completed and at his cost now.. He said to me, this is F---- up, and I said yes sir, my porch is for sure......I said if he didn't want to do the job correctly for him to get his stuff and get off my property, I wasnt' gonna be talked to that way....He told his helper to gather up tools and leave, gonna give me a few days to cool off, I said nope, that he was fired, I would get some one else to fix his crap....Proving that all his License, insurance, bonding or anything else he can show, don't make a carpenter a carpenter.... He had a very bad atitude and very superior approach to me after I pointed out things I wanted changed in his work..... I am after all the boss when I am spending my money, and he assured me on paper and hand shake he was the man to give me what I wanted....Sad ending to a very happy beginning...

I have now hired someone to come fix his mistakes and will end up costing me probably double for my porches, I do want to say here, I hope he finds a way someday to stop lying to people....business in the South is not handled like this
