    ***WARNING*** Beware of this company! I applied for a quote on May 15th to pick up my son's car (military) in San Antonio, TX (he lives in Universal City). I was quoted $600 to deliver the car from there to Valdosta, GA. We quickly filled out all the paper work and sent it back to them, everything they asked for. We accepted the offer, because they seemed very fair compared to all the others. And they had great reviews, which was my major purpose in calling them. I work at a school, and didn't have time to mess with this, and needed this job done, also because my son was packing out and leaving for another base the end of the month. The lady I spoke with said that this should be a VERY easy delivery and would only take about 2-3 days to deliver. I contacted them several times after that, expressing concern that a driver had not picked up the offer, and we had little time to waste. They did not seem concerned, and said they would input the information and we should hear something soon. When it reached the 24th/25th of May, I could not wait on them any longer! So I called them AGAIN. This time I was meet with the reply, that they did not have their schedule yet, and they just didn't know when the pick up would be. Can you believe that?????? When my son left toward the end of the month, there would be no one there to hand the car over to them. They honestly really didn't seem to care if they lost my business or not. Didn't bend over backwards to help us, or stay in touch. You are on your own with this company!!!!! I had to tell them on Friday the 25th, to let our contract go, that I would have to purchase plane tickets now for my husband and myself to go and get the car and drive it back 1600 miles. There reply was OK!!!!!! Unacceptable. I cannot believe the Better Business Bureau is backing this company and Angie's List. I will be contacting them next, in hopes that this does not happen again!!!! I have used another company before, and they were able to find us a driver the very next day. We had to pay double for the plane tickets, not to mention gas, and hotel. I will never ever ever call this company again. And I recommend that you shop around to other companies. If you do use this company because of the reviews, I recommend that you call them 1 month out, to give you plenty of time! Because they need it. My husband had priced several companies, and one guy told us, that the amount they quoted us ($600) was ridiculous. And that they would never find someone to pick it up, because this company would get $200 and the driver would get only $400. The gentleman proceeded to tell my husband that he would do it for us for another $150, because drivers would have to go way out of their way on A-10 just to get to us, and no driver would accept the $400, because it would be a waste of their time and money (gas). My husband told the guy (driver) we already had a contract for $600 and we were sticking with that. I so wish my husband would have written down the name of this man and his company, because we probably would have used him, and I would have recommended him. Because he is HONEST!!! This company waited up to the last minute, never contacted us to let us know they were trying their best to help us or anything. You are on your OWN with this company. And they told me they had thousands of carrier contacts......apparently, not enough. They really need to get someone in their office that knows how to do reasonable quotes, so that they can be picked up! So people are not left with what we had to do at the last minute. Unacceptable!!! How this company got a 5 star rating is appalling. If they cannot honor their contract and get a driver to accept it in a day or 2, at the latest, 3 days, I would go with another company. Please don't get stuck like we did!!! If this company wants to check and see if I'm telling the truth, here was my reference number 91226-DI and my name is Wendy Carraway. They are more than welcome to call me also, 1-229-444-7908. Again, I will be getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List! I will be surprised if my negative review even gets posted. And I guarantee you no one will ever contact me to remedy this . I tried to paste this on their website and could not! That's because they want you to see all 5 star ratings.

    David was very nice.  He took a little longer than original estimate but I did not have to call him, he communicated with me about the delay.  He came in on a Saturday to fix it.  Turns out it was just a return fuel hose that popped off.  He examined all hoses, fuel pump etc. and reconnected the hose.  He charged me for time only.  David is honest and friendly and I would recommend him.

    PLEASE NOTE: that the Address has changed.  They are now located at 621 W Savannah Ave 621 W Savannah Ave, Valdosta, GA 31601.  This is where I had my work performed.

    After a length of time it begin not starting again. He worked on it for free. Eventually he said he had tried everything. We eventually sold the car. I felt he had given it his best effort. He had worked for Cadillac company before and I had bought
    the car used. I didn't know what they had done to it before.

    I've always dreaded breaking down on the interstate far from my personal mechanic. This business made me feel like we already had a relationship and I felt good about the service and pricing. They were quick and very reasonable. Their towing reference (Bryant's Towing) was also very good.

    This was my first time shipping a vehicle so I had a lot of questions about how the process worked. The first day I called to set up my shipment my AmeriFreight representative seemed slightly annoyed by my questions like I was wasting his time. Maybe he was having a bad day that day, because every other interaction I had with him after that was pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable and honest. However, that first phone call almost caused me to book with another broker, but didn't because I trusted their great reviews.
    When my carrier was booked it was late in the day and I was given the wrong contact number. By the time I realized this AmeriFreight was closed and this caused my vehicle to be picked up one day later than the carrier requested. Luckily he stayed in the area and still picked up the vehicle the next day. The car was delivered from Georgia to Arizona in only 3 days, but again a day later than planned due to the late pick up.
    Although my experience with AmeriFreight was not flawless, the overall experience was very good and they made the process easy. My vehicle was picked up only 4 days after the first available date and at a reasonable cost ($100 over quoted, but within my authorized allowance); and I won't hesitate use AmeriFreight again in a few weeks to ship another vehicle.

    A light came on that stated *check battery charging system* and I took it by Smith Tire.  They checked the alternator, batteries, cable terminals and found no problem.  They did tighten the cables connectors anyway.

    bought nissan sentra from them a couple years ago with lifetime warranty. had car serviced by them at required intervals as required to maintain warranty. yesterday the shift lever locked in park. called nissan and was told to pull a tab off near shifter, stick something in it to push down white tab then shifter would work. nissan looked at it today after servicing the sentra and said it would cost 596 dollars to replace shifter assembly cause it's supposedely bad. we went around about the warranty and they say it's not covered. they don't honor their warranties so in the future i will service the car myself like i do our other car.

    I had taken my jeep to three other businesses and they balanced the tires and said, "it's just a jeep, and jeep's shake and rattle". Wrong! Ray Norton's mechanics knew what it was right away and fixed the problem I've had for several years.  Very good work.

    I've used Draper several times and they've always had the best prices and excellent workmanship. They are very military friendly and their tire prices are great. They even did all of the leg work to assist in a warranty claim with the tire manufacturer.

    I visited first and asked William spells if they could do the work after he confirmed they could, I asked for a ball park price. When I returned to have the work done I received the service in one day as promised and the price was exactly as quoted even though I expected when they got into the work  they would have to increase the price some but they didn't. I'm very happy with the work my truck runs great/.
