AAlguire ConstructionFrom the moment we were quoted for the job, to the moment it was completed, John and his crew were a blessing to work with. Their honest, professional, hard-working nature shine in all that they do. takes great pride in being part of every aspect of the job (despite being the owner) and you can see his team respond to that dedication with the same grit he puts into is work. We had a very challenging job of removing an entire driveway landing on a very steep slope, and then grading and replacing the concrete, which in parts was approx. 10 inches thick. It was like a coordinated (but loud) symphony of precision that was fun to watch progress. Any time there was a problem, John had a solution and kept moving forward with a plan. While the job wasn’t cheap, we took comfort in knowing we were being charged an honest price (unlike some other companies that bid for the work and were very deceitful). I will highly recommend John Alguire and his company to ANY and ALL who are looking for quality craftsmanship in this field.- Joel C.

AAlguire ConstructionJohn Alguire and his crew arrived promptly and got straight to work. They had to remove an old sidewalk, dig out and remove 4 large tree roots, then prepare for the new cement, extending the sidewalk all the way to the street. They also sloped the new sidwalk to repair a drainage problem. The work was done beautifully. They even cleared the culvert pipe that runs under the new sidwalk extension. The work was completed in one day and for the quoted price. John and his workers were all polite and professional- Katheryn A T.

AAlguire ConstructionJohn Alguire responded quickly to my request for a quote. The price was reasonable so it was approved. The project was delayed a couple weeks due to all the rain in February but John was up-front about the delay. When the weather dried up a bit John called to schedule the work a couple days out. His crew showed up and got going on the morning promised. The work went smoothly. I asked John for an adjustment to the concrete forms at the porch stairs and it was taken care of no problem. The crewmen also scraped the sod from the area to be poured and placed it in a bare spot for me. They also asked me where to put the excess dirt. Overall they did a great job. I highly recommend Alguire Construction to everyone.- Mark P.

AAlguire ConstructionThe new driveway and porch looks great. This was a great experience. They showed up when they said they would come. The cost was really fantastic compared to some other bids I got. On top of that, I was really impressed with the jobsite clean up. No rocks or concrete debris in the yard. Speaking of the yard, I expected it to get somewhat torn up. I was wrong. Other than the edges around the new concrete, the yard remained in great shape. Finally, John (the owner) was there every day, and was real pleasant to deal with.- Gary S.

AMario's PaintingPerfect! The project was completed promptly and the results are far better than I imagined they would be. Mario suggested a color different than I originally thought I wanted and, wow, what a difference that made in the overall look of the fence. Mario also did some landscaping around the porch, patched a driveway, and touched up some of my own interior painting. He is a craftsman, not your run-of-the-mill painter. Recommend!- Ami P.

His answer always began with "It's whatever you want... here are some things to consider, though." 3) His crew is the best! Jeff has 2 fully dedicated crew members. AInitially I called The Ready Family for a quote but had to leave a message. I received a call back quickly and first spoke to Adrianna then Leanna. Josh Young was the person to give us a quote. Josh came out and did measurements and gave us a quote. We didn't go with them because the quote came back a little higher than we were willing to pay; but all persons involved were very responsive, professional and kind.

AI highly recommend Mike and the guys at Stay dry waterproofing in Cleveland, TN. We had standing water in our crawl space after any big rain event of two inches or more. Stay dry came in and put in a perforated pipe and gravel system on the inside perimeter of our crawl space and made it gravity feed to a catch basin in the back yard. They also installed a dehumidifier that is plumbed into the pipe system. We didn’t have to have a sump pump installed and our crawl space has been bone dry ever since. Mike and the crew were very professional and really know there stuff when it comes to crawl space water problems. It’s good to know we have someone in Cleveland that does great work in this type of business and stands behind their work. 5 stars

Either the same day or the next day, Andy called me and outlined the procedure and all the services he would perform. He didn't come out to look at the deck but was able to give me an estimate over the phone based on the measurements I gave him. We didn't go with him for services because he was scheduling out until August; but I was satisfied with how he handled my inquiry.
