I had a appointment on Friday the 17th for the results. The results where not in yet they sent me home I stated they would call by the end of the day. I called a few times the nurse still has not called me back nor have I received the results. Doctor Berckman has been excellent. The nurse is not calling me back at all and still has not given me the results. The pain medicine I was given does not work at all and makes me sick. today is the 4th day including Saturday and Sunday, they are not open however that's  does not change the fact that can't any help or call back.

    Tifton Womans Center
They have absolutely excellent service, excellent staff. They go above and beyond, anything I think I have had with any other OB/GYN office. I have got two children and this center has been fabulous. It is the first time I saw them as a referral and I came back yesterday to see the daughter and I am getting referral for procedure to take care of an issues that had been bothering for a while and the physician yesterday spent an hour and a half with me discussing different options and what can be done. I have had discussions with his technicians, with his ultrasound people. He did an additional ultrasound yesterday and I have got an appointment for procedure in there and a half weeks so far from start to finish it would be less than two months to taken care of this which kind of been bothering for about two years now. The nurse practitioner had called me at home several times to check up on me, to follow up on me with results of blood work, Pap smear, making sure that medications the prescribed was helping me with the pain issue checking on me with blood work with some other genetic testing to see if I was carrier of uterine cancer just everything. I mean I am very very pleased with them. They have done more than I could have either thought or imagined.

We thought we had an appointment with Dr. Fricker, who we were recommended to by a family member. We drove 50 miles for this appointment. Earlier the day of the appointment, the office called us to see if we could get there earlier as the Dr. had someplace that he had to leave for at 4:00 and our appointment was at 3:45. We did our best and were able to arrive around 3:00.
Upon arrival we found out that we had been handed of to Dr. Sinnott. When he came to the exam room he had no idea why we were there. We had sent medical records for the past year a month prior to our appointment and had gotten a phone call from someone in the office asking for additional information. When they couldn't find the records, Dr. Sinnott got very snippy with us and even stated that he and quot;didn't have time for this...and quot;. Before we left we asked to speak with the office manager and spent 45 minutes talking with him. He gave us an indication that this was not the first problem that someone had a problem with this Dr. and he assured us that he would follow up on it and report to us. 4 months later and we haven't heard a thing from them.

After some bad experiences with other doctors, it was very refreshing to find a Dr. that was asking the right questions and actually trying to diagnose the problem. His communications and bedside manners are unsurpassed. At one point he told us that he had done all for us that he knew to do and referred us to a hospital in Atlanta, where a definitive diagnosis has been made. My wife had a rare esophageal disorder and needs surgery and thanks to Dr. Dawson, we are finally getting her issues addressed and hopefully corrected.

    Sinnott, Dr. James A
We needed a new Doctor as our previous GI Dr. was not getting any closer to a diagnosis after a year and a half.  We were recommend to a different Dr at the same practice, who passed us to Dr. Sinnott without our knowledge until we arrived for the appointment.  When the Dr. came to the exam room he had no idea why we were there, had not looked at the records that had been sent a month before and it turns out that they had lost the records that were sent to them by our Primary care physician.  After some time had passed, he got very snippy with us and said that he didn't have time for this because he had to leave for another engagement.  The office did call us at noon to see if we could come in earlier because he had to leave at 4:00pm.  We had an hour drive for the appointment and my wife had to leave work at mid day to make the appointment,  We were able to arrive at around 3:00.
We also spoke to the office manager on our way out and during a 45 minute discussion, he indicated to us that this was not the first time this type of thing had come from Dr. Sinnott. We were assured that it would be followed up on and they would get back to us.  We never heard another thing from them.
Overall the worst medical care experience that we have ever had.

    Morgan, Dr. Elizabeth
Excellent. I had the surgery and elected to stay overnight (you are given the option). Although I cannot remember anything after the anesthia visit, my husband was very impressed with how Dr. Morgan kept him notified as to what was going on. After I went home she personnally called to inquire about my well-being and her staff followed-up with calls as well.

Only issue I had was appointment was at 11:00 am and I did not get back to see doctor until about 12:20. I noticed he grabbed a quick sandwich after me before he went in to see the next patient. That showed me he was working hard to take care of each patient.

    South Georgia Surgical Clinic
On initial visit the doctor attempted an in-office biopsy with ultra sound. The mass in question was not visible enough to sample this way so we escalated to a needle biopsy as an inpatient at the hospital.
The whole experience was good as this clinic did not drag out the process by scheduling unnecessary visits or appointments. They were also very good about communication and with answering all of my questions. Results of the testing were provided to me in a timely manner.

He is very thorough. I have been to several rheumatologists and he is different. He listens very well to get feedback from the patients. He took the time to figure out what my problem was. I drive about 1.5 hours each was just to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to see a real doctor that is more interested in treating the patients rather than seeing patients just to make a buck.

    Roberts, Dr. Marcus C
Overall I think he's a nice man, but the medicines he gave me were completely inneffective. He seemed to compare my condition to something he'd been through and treat me with something he took himself. This initially caused me to miss a couple more days of work and I went back to get an excuse for these days. His office manager/receptionist was extremely rude, and looked at me and treated me like I was some kind of second class citizen. She made me completely pay another co-pay and see him again just to  get an excuse for the additiional two days. I will never go back there because of her.
