    The company was professional from beginning to end. From the initial call until the last box was carefully stacked (I had 2-16 foot Pods stacked to the gills), the staff was professional. All of the initial paperwork was emailed to me so the movers wouldn't have to wait for me to sign any papers before they started working. On the day of the move, I received a call from the crewman who shared they were running a little late (they arrived 15 minutes after the quoted time). Once they arrived (3 men and 1 truck) they immediately started working. At no time did they take a smoke break or leave the job site. Once the truck was packed they drove directly to the storage facility (over 15 miles away) and continued to unload the truck with the same vigpr they had packing it. While they were packing up, I was informed they finished before the quoted time and that I was entitled to a refund (and I did receive a check in the mail)! If you are looking for a professional moving company, look no further. I will definitely hire them again!

    Terry's Precision Piano Tuning
    Terry did an absolutely fantastic job. I can't recommend him enough. He obviously loves what he does and is excellent at it. He went above and beyond my expectations, dealt with a million different little details, and got my piano sounding wonderfully. I frankly could never have imagined that a piano with this many problems could sound so good. He is friendly, kind, very responsible and respectful. He came for two sessions to get it in working order. Thanks Terry!!

    Stone Mountain Firearms Training Service, LLC
    Excellent! I took the NRA Basic Pistol Course from Mac, and it was wonderful. The classroom session is full of excellent material, delivered as slides, animations, videos, conversation/lecture, and hands-on exercises. That���s followed by a couple of hours at a nearby firing range, practicing techniques, and then shooting a qualifying test. I had been shooting for several months before this class, but I learned a *bunch* of very useful techniques, and my accuracy immediately improved as a result. It was a very full day, and worth every minute. I���m a software trainer, so it���s impossible to not unconsciously evaluate another trainer���s delivery and methods. In that light, I have to say that Mac is a top-notch trainer. He���s thorough, but engaging, and very knowledgeable. He explains everything completely, and makes you very comfortable with firearms, from safe handling to loading, cocking/decocking, correct grip and stance. I would highly recommend Mac for any of your firearms training needs. I know I���ll be taking more classes from him!

    They absolutely lied to us about their pricing.  We have been fighting them since the start. We were promised a $125/month price without paying any change cost. However, when we received our first bill, they charged us approximately $200 instead of the $125 promised.  Every month since our bill has been the $200.  We've called many times and AT&T does nothing to reduce the price.  We are planning to leave AT&T for Comcast.

    R & M Marine Services
    I filed a complaint with the BBB, here is the text of that complaint:
    Robert Burton had done work for me in the past 3 years on a previous boat and my current Regal Cruiser.  This year Robert has been falling way behind on getting things done.  Robert had been repeatedly promising to deliver on work he promised me to do that he later forgets his commitments.  I later learned that he has been making the same promises to me and and other boat owners at the same time, not delivering to any of us.  
    What I recognize today is R&M Marine is managed as a ponzi scheme.  He takes payments up front to perform work on a boat, then spends that money, then has to take in other work with payments to have funds to deliver on older work orders, falling far behind on finishing any work.  I see boats today that have been sitting in his yard for over a year not getting done, one cruiser over 3.5 years.  Robert continues to promise every day and week to get my work done, then doesn't deliver, lied for over 4 months now.  I've been waiting now for FOUR MONTHS to get my work done, he still makes promises he has no intention to ever honor, never acknowledges the lies he continues to tell.  I'm hearing from other marine mechanics that tell how R&M Marine is a great source of new business for them because of these broken promises.  The business number he advertises is 678-550-3639 on the front of his shop is on a fax machine because he does not want to hear from his customers bugging him about broken promises.  
    Robert owes me for labor to replace bad seals my stern drive, mount an air horn, repair a broken lock on my cabin door and replace a porthole cover in my dash that he lost.  He offered to perform these repairs in exchange for the long list of broken promises of the past.  Today, I have no reason to believe he will ever honor his own promises because he really could care less about his tarnished reputation or his making it worse.  Some customers have filed charges and had the county sherrif remove their boats by court order.  At least my boat is not trapped in his yard.
    What I'm trying to recover:
    I would rather Robert simply perform the work he promised me but he won't do that.  His time is focused on new revenue and I'm simply another broken promise that offers no revenue for his ponzi scheme.  I would like to see a refund in labor dollars based on rates he charged me in the past at $75/hour times 8 hours = $600.
    I know there is ZERO chance of getting either the labor or money back but I at least need to go on record to warn other boaters to avoid being scammed by R&M Marine.

    Norman's Electronics Inc
    Norman's Electronics has been around for a long time.  As I drove up to their location, I remembered receiving help from them more than 20 years ago.  Upon presenting the television, I had the option of dumping it and buying another one, but I chose to have it repaired because I try to keep as many items out of the landfill as I can.  They are a busy shop so it took a couple of weeks, but they successfully brought it back to life.  A note:  there is a TV repair shop around the corner from where I live, but I would much rather travel the extra distance to Norman's because I trust them to do the work and do it well.

    The movers were nice and professional. They moved quickly and steadily and took great care in transporting my belongings. I will use them again for future moving needs. Their service cost is reasonable and very competitive with similar companies.

    Worlds Fastest Credit Repair
    I contacted them initially about finding a rental property and provided my information and they never called back.  When I called back, they said they needed more information and they would call back. No call, but they still took my money and when I called after the second charge I told them that I only gave permission to have a single charge and they said they wouldn't debit the account further.  When I saw the third charge, I called and for some reason they couldn't remember my two previous requests.  They continue to debit my account and when I call to speak with them they hang up on me.  If I actually do get a hold of them, they transfer me around multiple times and to departments that don't exist.  They're very unprofessional.  When they hang up on you and you call back, they won't answer the call and when you leave a message, they won't call you back. They have debited my account for three months, and refuse to provide me a refund and hang up.
