    The Pink Plumber
Magnificent. The Pink Plumber representative was Dale Freeman and he did a wonderful job explaining everything that he suggested to repair the problem. Mr. Freeman has nineteen years experience and is very knowledgeable. He is a very personable professional and is trustworthy. He will be our plumber in the future. It was a pleasure working with him and he is an asset to Pink Plumber. Martin and Millie Avery

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical
The first plumber showed at my house right on time. He looked in the clean out and said it was backed up ( saw water ). Never came inside. He tried snaking the line for about an hour with different heads. He then asked me to flush the toilet. Water was still backed up and came from under my downstairs toilet. I told him water was flowing inside my house and into my basement and he just said ok. Didnt move by the way. My wife and I are grabbing buckets to the catch water thats flowing through levels of my house. I then told him that maybe the problem was in the house or from the clean out to the house. He said no your backed up. After trying for another hour he said that they would have to come jet the line because it was so clogged. More money of course. The next day two guys show up with a machine that jets cleans the sewer line. They looked in the clean out and said its backed up and proceeded to clean the line. This went on for about 1-1/2 hours. They ran out of water and had to use my hose to fill the tank back up twice ( more money on the water bill ) but line was still backed up. Once again I asked the guy could it be between the clean out and the house. He said no.They decided to stop wasting my water and come back the next day with a camera ( forgot his camera the first day ) and see what was going on in the inside. The next day they show up put the camera down and he tells me I have a belly ( Sag ) in the line. Which is causing the line to clog when it fills up. He tells me to flush the toilet. Of course now it flushes and doesnt back up. It didnt back up because the toilet hadnt been flushed in two days so the water level went down. He thinks its fixed and charges me $585 for the jetting the line. He says it will clog again and at some point I will need to get the line repaired for $3000-$4000. Keep in mind that I have lived here for seven years before this happened. The very next day we flush and the line is clogged again. Surely it cant be clogged again in one day if it lasted seven years. I call the Casteel back and they refused to come back out until ingetbthenline fixed. The plumber was so sure he was right about the job he wouldnt even come back out. I called my stepfather who I should have called the first time to come look at it. The first thing we did was go to the basement where there is a line that runs out of the house. The clog was right outside the house before the clean out like I mention to both plumbers. We rented a snake From Home Depot cleaned the line and in 45 minutes had no back ups. Well its been about year now with no problems at all. I paid $585 for nothing. No since of urgency from Casteel when the line clogged back up. They were so sure that they were right that they didnt even want to come back out.

    Wallis Landscape, Inc.
Wallis Landscape did the following: - Excavated the ground by the basement door, and put in a 20-foot French drain. - Replaced retaining wall with 60 sq-ft of "Diamond Pro Wall Block". - Installed 95 feet of 6-inch smooth drain pipe. - installed 40 feet of 4-inch downspout drain pipe and tied it into the 6-inch main drain pipe. - Improved creek bed drainage with new drain boxes, and extended the creek bed by 10 feet. - Regraded entire area and installed Mondo grass to filter water and control erosion. - Placed seven 4x8-ft plywood boards on ground from work area to the street to protect the rest the yard from damage in transporting their heavy equipment (backhoe, grader, tractor). Jason James provided the quote, and he also served as the project manager. He brought in a very professional crew with him (6 people besides Jason), and the entire team did an excellent job (I was so impressed, I gave each worker a $20 tip). The area near the French drain is now bone dry, and the ground remains solid (no more sinking ladder legs). I would definitely hire Wallis Landscaping again.

    Tru-Flo Plumbing
I truly appreciated the honesty of Tru Flo plumbing, particularly Mr. Washington. He assessed the situation and told me that he could snake it out again but that would not take care of the issue. My initial thought was okay, here he goes with the up sell. But instead, he said honestly, your problem is with your septic tank and explained how it works and why that was his conclusion. He went on to explain that they did not do septic work and assisted me with finding a septic company to have my septic tank serviced. What really impressed me is that he called me back two days later to see if I had made contact with the septic company and if they had taken care of me. That's the type of company/ service everyone expects and deserves! Thank you Tru Flo.

    Esp Paving Llc
Exactly what the other reviewers wrote. I will be taking them to court. Empty promises. Did not use sufficient gravel on french drain, used something other than drain basins and 6" pipe. Made excuses, never on time, left bobcat on property for 3 weeks. I ended up contacting the rental company and they were also having trouble contacting this man. If you are like me, you want to give people a chance to do good work and earn their pay. Unfortunately, these folks are just not professional nor trustworthy. After multiple smoke breaks, they would run out of time, etc. The list goes on. Just trust the reviews here, they will take your money and cause you more grief in the end.

High Priority Plumbing & Services Inc
I was first introduced to High Priority Plumbing through my home warranty company AHS. After such a great experience, I called on High Priority Plumbing outside of the home warranty to locate a slab leak. Each technician who visited my home was on time, friendly, respectful, and helpful. They offered valuable advice and answered my questions honestly. Furthermore, the service fee was reasonable. I am quite pleased with the excellent service High Priority consistently provided.

    Atlantis Plumbing LLC
No one likes to call a plumber for obvious reasons, but Im glad that I did. My plumber was Robert. He called about 30 mins out and arrived on time. I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that he was able to quickly diagnose without having to rip out my ceiling or floor. Also replaced a shower head and repaired a leaky faucet in another bathroom. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again, if needed. I got all this done without breaking the bank. I wish I could give more stars!!!!

    Ridgeway Mechanical
Excellent work. Salvadore was the crew chief and was very knowledgeable and professional. We live near Stone Mountain, and the yard is full of very large rocks and roots. Considerable effort was required to get past all the rocks, and the crew met every challenge. It took them much longer than anticipated, but they stuck to the agreed upon price, which was very reasonable. They left the premises in very good shape, and it is hard to see that they were here at all. I highly recommend Salvadore and his crew for this job.
