    The Emory Clinic at 1525
It is a conglomerate of doctors. They are absolutely the best. They are part of Emory University here in Atlanta, Georgia which is a research university. I have always gone to teaching and research hospitals and clinics. So when I moved to Atlanta, I looked for the one in Georgia and that is Emory so that is how I wound up going there. For general stuff like primary physicians for physicals and tests and all that kind of stuff, we go there for everything. Anything you can imagine that you would need in terms of health care is there. The one reason I like them is because when sometimes when you go to a doctor, they will send you to another doctor to do something else or the lab is across town, everything is there so all your records are centralized and all doctors, everything.

    Lothe, Dr. Meena
She sees me every three months. I like her personality. She's very passionate about my maintaining good health. The only thing I don't want is that I don't think she's a good communicator. If I don't ask the right questions, I don't get what I need. I left a message with her nurse over six weeks ago, I haven't heard from her yet. I figure she's just going to wait until I come in to see her.

The jury is still out on effectiveness. They are quick and thorough. They got everything resolved quickly. They got me in quick for the sleep study. They handled the insurance and got my machine in 30 days.

She is the best doctor I have ever had in 61 years. She is knowledgeable, concerned. She actually acts as if she takes interest in you. She does not run in and run out. She is my primary care. She is in internal medicine GP type doctor. I am diabetic and she handles that too even though I do have an endocrinologist here in the same office practice so whenever I see one they report to the other and vice versa because they are all computerized. I even sent her a letter experiencing my contentment with her. It is a easy practice but I am a schedule of every three months. Before I leave I know when my next appointment is going to be. Everything is computerized.. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a huge practice. I think they have about 12 doctors of every category and so they have a huge waiting room but its a huge facility and you always need guidance when your going through the exam room because it is like a maze trying to find which section. I have to get lab work every visit so lab is right down the hall outside their facility. I do not have to go anywhere. Punctuality is pretty darn good. Staff is extremely friendly. Beside manner is the reason I like her. Quite good communication. There are no surprises. Well I know she tries but I am not always that compliant. She has high standards which is good. Interestingly enough even when I go to the lab which is not affiliated with the practice is I think Quest Diagnostics all the ladies know her all the lab techs and some of them have told me they love it when they get one of her patients because she is most thorough on her lab request. There is no doubt what she wants and she is very friendly about it if they make any errors. They don't get touched out like the other doctors.

    Dr. Arthur J. Green, DO
My doctor was outstanding. I've been seeing him for about 15 years. The office environment is nice and very calming. They are friendly and they answer all your questions. They notify you when its time for your appointments.

    Stone Mountain Family Practice
Price included all the lab work. They have an organized system and online reports were made available within 2 weeks. They also evaluated the results and gave detailed recommendations on corrective action. Great job!

I really enjoyed my visit. Dr. Dubose was empathetic and did not make me feel as if I was overreacting (which I felt like I was). He knew exactly what I needed and assisted me in scheduling future needed appointments. I will definitely be returning for my future medical needs.

I like the fact that I can access my records and test results online and I can email my doctor. I also can speak to a nurse 24 hours a day. If I don't have access to my particular physician they will get me in to see whatever physician is available. If I talk to a nurse she can get me an emergency appointment that same day. I have allergic reactions at work and they have had me come in to the office at about 7 a.m. before they were officially open. They treated me because I was going into shock from the medication that I was allergic to. The office is always clean, orderly and the bathrooms are always clean. If I need directions or assistance they will give it to me. I remember coming in once when I was in a lot of pain and one of the staff members actually pushed me in a wheel chair where I needed to go. Then she came back and got me. I can go downstairs and get my prescription before I leave the building. Now they have an ambulance and trauma center where if I have a medical emergency I don't have to go to the hospital, I can go to one of those particular centers. They now have an ambulance to take me to their critical care centers. They make me feel like I am not being rushed or on an assembly line. They also have little stations where I can make comments on my visit. The number of times when a doctor has seen me on time has been caused by me being late.

They do weight, height, urine test before seeing doctor. She does pap test with assistant present.
Environment feminine-oriented, of course. Love the foot pads in pastels in the foot holders.
Usually a wait of 20 to 30 minutes.
After test finished the doctor speaks with each client in her private office, answering all questions re medications, referrals, etc.
This is wonderful and likely accounts for the wait in the receptions room.
Does not give out birth control meds. due to religious beliefs.
Does not freely dispense meds without a good reason.
    Lovely person; communicates well.

I've been going there for over 10 years and they're very good. The service is very good. You don't have to wait a long time. From the bookkeeper up to the doctor, they're concerned if you have a concern and they're very professional and yet very caring. With each individual patient, they're professional but they also have a warm feeling. I've had a lot of health reasons since I've been down here and it's the first office that I went to and they're outstanding right from the receptionist, the front office to the back office to the doctor. When you walk in there, they treat you like you're special. I'd recommend them in a minute.
