    Wallis Landscape, Inc.
Wallis Landscape did the following: - Excavated the ground by the basement door, and put in a 20-foot French drain. - Replaced retaining wall with 60 sq-ft of "Diamond Pro Wall Block". - Installed 95 feet of 6-inch smooth drain pipe. - installed 40 feet of 4-inch downspout drain pipe and tied it into the 6-inch main drain pipe. - Improved creek bed drainage with new drain boxes, and extended the creek bed by 10 feet. - Regraded entire area and installed Mondo grass to filter water and control erosion. - Placed seven 4x8-ft plywood boards on ground from work area to the street to protect the rest the yard from damage in transporting their heavy equipment (backhoe, grader, tractor). Jason James provided the quote, and he also served as the project manager. He brought in a very professional crew with him (6 people besides Jason), and the entire team did an excellent job (I was so impressed, I gave each worker a $20 tip). The area near the French drain is now bone dry, and the ground remains solid (no more sinking ladder legs). I would definitely hire Wallis Landscaping again.

Overgrown Backyards. Kudzu Removal. Lot Clearing.
Frank and his crew came in and tackled this HUGE and OVERWHELMING job. They were all very professional and did an amazing job. Frank is true to his word and will perform a first class job. They removed over 7 trailer loads of debris and cleared the entire property in 3 days. I can not thank Frank enough for his service. I would hire him with out thought again and again.

    Wallis Landscape, Inc.

I had major water pooling in my back yard.  The yard had become a mud marshland. Three to four years ago, I had installed a French drain with a neighbor landscaper. The French drain never worked and I had spent $3-4000.. I feared I was going to have foundation problems since the water was pooling close to my house.  My son-in-law suggested that I hire a real landscaper who deals with drainage issue to repair the water problem.

Bryan came to give an estimate for my project as scheduled, the first time. The same day as the estimate he drew up a couple of different plan options. He took his time explained things to me, and he even spoke to my son-in-law and repeated the same information to him. I did not feel that he was rushing to get through the information and I did not feel that he was rushing me into making a decision.

After scheduling a start date, we rescheduled  dates twice,  one time due to a conflict in my schedule and the second time, Bryan called and told me he would be starting Wednesday instead of Monday. The call was made well in advance, so I did not feel I was being thrown off any schedule..

Mr.  Wallis and his crew came out, early in morning and stayed late into the evening.  Things I liked most about Mr. Wallis is his work ethics. He gets out there with his guys (about 7-8 of them). He gets dirty and puts the sweat in, just like his employees. I really respect that type of work values. Plus, it makes me feel like he takes an interest in what he is doing.

How much I LOVE the end results, I can't express it enough. We had a heavy rain this evening and there was no more rain pooling in my backyard. I would and will hire Wallis Landscaping again.

    Sod Sales Direct
The entire project went very well.  Phil Polak provided detailed descriptions and a sketch of everything that would be done.  He also explained what to expect, including the materials used ,who would perform the labor, everything involved in taking down the existing walls, preparing the site for the new walls, installation of the walls, and clean-up.  Phil walked me through a minor misunderstanding I had about the second wall and made a change to ensure that I was happy with the final results. I am very pleased with this project.

    The Hauling Men
After purchasing the service over a year ago, I called to set up an appointment. The company representative was polite and professional and indicated the deal I purchased was still available.  We scheduled a date, they arrived on time and hauled away everything I asked them to.  There were three men, all were very pleasant.  Would definitely use this company again!

Overgrown Backyards. Kudzu Removal. Lot Clearing.

My husband and I have both been working out of town a lot, so the yard got away from us. Now we're back and the task of getting the yard in shape seemed overwhelming.  We hired Overgrown Backyards to clear away a large patch of ivy that was overgrowing trees, flower beds and climbing the house.  They also took out four small trees, cleared out lots of leaf litter and weeds, trimmed bushes and removed branches from trees that were hanging over the house.  Frank responded quickly to my initial call and met with us the next day.  The work was done the next day and a half after that.  Frank and his crew of two were prompt, courteous and attentive to everything we asked and even took care of a few things complimentary that were not on the list.  Our yard looks fantastic.  I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.  Thank you!

    Stand Up Guys Junk Removal
They arrived early, but called ahead to let us know. After going over what we needed to have done, they gave us a quote and we felt like it was fair. The carpet removal included moving furniture including a piano, organ, fish tank, chest and large table. They were careful and nothing was damaged. The work was well done and the guys were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

    Junk King Atlanta North
They made an appointment at a time convenient for me. The day of the appointment they called to ask if they could come at an earlier time. As it turned out, an earlier time worked out better for me. They arrived at the earlier time as agreed and picked up the items without question. Since volume was less than the 3.5 cubic yards for the Angies Deal, they even offered to discount the job - which I declined. They did a great job and without hassle for me, so it was well worth $66 deal.

    Fix Fine Furniture
Thank goodness the back piece detaches from the base.  He took that to his shop for repairs.  He called the next morning saying the work was done and he brought it back out within the hour and it is good as new.  The total cost was $125 so I paid him the additional amount and I am very pleased with the work.  He told me if there is any problem to contact him right away.  Very impressed with the responsiveness and workmanship.  I would definitely contact him again for any furniture repair needs.
