  • Went very well. Troy showed up on time and introduced himself and said someone else would be here shortly but he wanted to go ahead and start the work. I showed him the Sony that was purchased in 2013 and has been hit twice by lightening surge and I did not want to put more money into repairing it again, so requested they take it down and haul away, and change the fixed wall rack to a free form so I can get behind it as needed, then mount the new LG 4K TV. They did an excellent job and were very efficient, professional and courteous.

  • Jason wisely asked me if I had surge protection to protect the TV's and added a Panamax surge-protected outlets for each TV. He brought the wall-mount brackets so I didn't have to worry about what to buy and he thoroughly tested the connections and programming for the TV's before he and his helper left. They were fast, neat (even bringing large moving pads to put their tools on) and asked questions to be sure I liked what they were doing. I would absolutely hire them again. The price shown below includes all the hardware and the labor for the installation.

  • Ours was a very complicated job as a prior contractor had botched our home theater installation and we were not able to use the system.  None of several other installers we called could determine why.  Satellite and Cable Solutions patiently worked through our equipment and found the problem. They corrected the previous poor work and recommended updates to our system.  After discussing with us prices and equipment, they installed a wonderful system which included new concealed wiring, wall speakers, remote and receiver. The job took several days as they professionally completed the install.  They then came back and installed our new Samsung Ultra TV and DVD player.  During the entire process, Satellite and Cable Solutions worked around our schedules and they made sure we understood how to work all of the components.  We highly recommend Satellite and Cable Solutions for their fair pricing and professionalism and will use them for additional jobs.

  • They arrived on time were very friendly. They cleaned up their mess. They charged $50 more than the Big Deal cost because I wanted my television over the fireplace.But I was ready for that since it was on tne coupon I recieved. They were very professional and the work was impecable.

  • I purchased the over a fireplace and have to say that all when well. I bought the deal on a Thursday and they called on Monday to see what I was looking for as to what kind off fireplace I had. I told them that it would be over a brick fireplace and they warned me that they would not be able to hide the cables totally and I told them that was fine.
    On Tuesday the crew (2 people) came out at 1 and started unpacking the TV and sound bar that I had bought. It was large 55 inch TV and was afraid that it was to large for the space. They looking at the spot and told me it would be fine and that I could have bought a 60 inch and it would have been fine.
    They stated by measuring the space and drilling the holes for the mount and got it on the wall then placed the sound bar and found out that the TV was mounted to low for the sound bar to set under it. Without me asking they said that they would take it all apart and drill new holes for the mount so that it would be mounted where the sound bar would set on the mantel below it. This made me very happy.
    After getting the TV and sound bar on the fireplace they started looking at the wires and figured out how to hide 90% of them just one small spot where they come from behind the mantel to the cabinet that the components are sitting on is all you can see and with the brick being dark you really have to look hard to see where they are.
    All in all I am very pleased with the install and would not think twice in bringing them back to work on other TV's and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a good TV installer.

  • I did not have proper length on some cables for running into the upper opening in the wall and coming out below above the baseboard.  They had what I needed on their truck and sold them to me a very compatible prices compared to electronic retain stores.  Also, some of these cables are difficult to find since the minimum length required is 14 feet.  I got a couple HDMI's and a couple optical cables.  Technicians were very courteous and professional with excellent workmanship.

  • I purchased a big deal which included mounting for a 32-inch television for $100. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days of contacting SACS. Ken and Mike arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. After assessing the area, they determined the best approach for mounting the television and hiding the wires. I didn't have a power outlet on the wall where the television would be mounted, so I purchased that for an additional $80. The entire process took about 2 hours and I was quite pleased with the outcome. I'm planning to install a home theater system and mount my television over my fireplace. Ken and Mike gave me some ideas about potential set-ups, and even suggested types of speakers. I will definitely use SACS for this project.

  • We used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. This company was very good and did a great job. They seem knowledgeable about what they were doing as far as putting it all together. They also hooked up my Blue-Ray and stereo.
  • They told me they might have something open on Monday. He then said they were working on a job out by me on Sunday and that they would make it to me after that job, which was great. I called them that afternoon and they said they were still on the other job and they would be here later. I called them many times that evening with no answer. I finally left a voice mail at 9:00 PM saying it was too late but asked them to please call me the next day on Monday because I really needed the work done by Thanksgiving. I never heard back from them. I was very disappointed. I doubt I will able to find someone else who will be able to do the work in time.
