    CarFit Collision Center
Promptly got a fair and honest appraisal by Carfit for the body damage I caused to the tailgate of my brand new 2018 F-150. The folks at Carfit were knowledgeable and personable and they made the whole process as transparent as possible. I came away from every interaction with them feeling like a VIP customer. The work was done within a week, top quality, vehicle like new again. Mine was a relatively small job, but I would trust Carfit with any level of auto body work. Recommend.

What I like best about their service I guess is their prices are pretty good, they're very professional, and the experience is just really nice when you go to that dealership. They have several dealerships there; I just go to the Honda one. I give them an A for all the categories.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Stone Mountain Toyota used a bait-and-switch scheme to deceive an honest college student. After soliciting internet quotes from a few, select dealers in the Atlanta area, we chose to buy a 2017 Toyota Corolla from Stone Mountain Toyota. We chose this dealer because the Internet Sales Manager, Lance Ross, seemed honest and up front about everything, he was willing to match another competitors price, his dealership was closer, and his dealership had a larger selection of Corolla LEs. After numerous emails, texts, and phone conversations with Mr. Ross over the course of a two-day period (all of which are documented) April 26 & 27, 2017 -- the plan was for Mr. Ross to hold the car for our son who would come to the dealership to purchase the car right after his last final exam the next day, Friday, April 28th. It was made very clear that we were not interested in any surprises especially since our son would be coming to the dealership with his elderly grandparents in their 80s. Mr. Ross assured us several times that the car would be there at the agreed-upon price and there would be no issues whatsoever. In order to ensure everything went smoothly, Mr. Ross asked for a copy of our sons drivers license, bank statement showing proof of address, insurance card with actual VIN # of new car printed on it as well as an official transcript from his college (for Toyotas New College Grad rebate). Upon arriving at the dealership the next day (Friday, April 28th), our son gave Mr. Ross all the requested paperwork, test drove the car, and signed several documents. After waiting ~15 minutes to hear the financing rate from Toyota, our son was told by Mr. Ross that he could no longer sell the car to him as his general manager would not allow it. The General Sales Manager, Richard Terrell, came out and said he could not sell the car at that price to our son because he was losing thousands of dollars, he would not make any money off him due to service, and the car for which he was matching the price (from the original dealership) was not identical to the one he was selling us ($268 difference!), ALL OF WHICH WERE KNOWN DAYS BEFORE WHEN THEY GOT THE TWO VIN #s, GOT OUR SONS ADDRESS, AND HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE. After explaining that we had already agreed upon all this ahead of time and had everything in writing from Mr. Ross, our son said Mr. Terrell insisted he would not sell the car to him at the previously-agreed-upon price. Even with everything in writing and even with being assured several times by Mr. Ross for two days straight that this was a done deal, Mr. Terrell refused to honor the price, leaving our son no choice but to leave the dealership without a car. Shame on this dealership for abusing an honest college student with a bait-and-switch tactic! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

New car sales assistant manager stopped returning my calls when he could no longer locate the model I wanted. The service department put in the wrong oil during oil change. Also oil changes took excessively long times.

I talked to the Manager of Stone Mountain Toyota and he refused to refund my money for the phony "Computer Analysis". I was planning on fixing my old car and giving it to my grandson and buying a new one. No way I would buy from these people. No way I would leave my car with these people. If they think you know nothing about cars they will rip you off. If you don't have problems when you come in you will when you leave. Also, their cost on a new car was $1000 to $2500 higher than other dealers and they refused to come down. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and go to a good dealership. I was lucky I found out in time.

That's where I bought my vehicle. They are just excellent. The service technicians that I use are very responsive. They answer your questions. While your car is back in the back, they keep you informed as to what's going on and how much longer it might take. They are very good.

The work is good every time I take my car. I know if I take my car them it will be taken care of and done right. It's a great place to go to. They have a service advisor that was real good. She's very knowledgeable of the cars and service. She did an outstanding job.

I thought that I did quite well on the price. It was a good deal. By this time I had been in touch with the sales woman because she was still there. We had established a good rapport and so when I was in there, she knew what I was looking for. She knew just the car to sell me. I already had had a positive experience with them. I knew that when I was ready to move to another newer pre-owned car, that I would get the right deal. I think that they are a good company. I bought my 2016 from them.

I have bought all my cars from them.  I have told my friends to ask for a specific sales woman. She works really hard to work to put you in a car that you are going to be proud of. Her name is Berna.  I would go back to them. They are wonderful. I have dealt with them from 2008 until now.
