    They helped me out of a pickle. On my 03 Mercedes..I do a lot of the maintenance work myself. E.g. Oil Change, Transmission Fluid, Spark Plugs, etc. . In the case of the Transmission fluid-I broke the pass through for the electrical connector. My estimates ranged in the thousands calling around to Mercedes Techs. They were able to fix it for substantially less and it works like a charm still yet today

    What I like best about their service I guess is their prices are pretty good, they're very professional, and the experience is just really nice when you go to that dealership.�� They have several dealerships there; I just go to the Honda one.�� I give them an A for all the categories.��

    New car sales assistant manager stopped returning my calls when he could no longer locate the model I wanted. The service department put in the wrong oil during oil change. Also oil changes took excessively long times.

    I talked to the Manager of Stone Mountain Toyota and he refused to refund my money for the phony "Computer Analysis". I was planning on fixing my old car and giving it to my grandson and buying a new one. No way I would buy from these people. No way I would leave my car with these people. If they think you know nothing about cars they will rip you off. If you don't have problems when you come in you will when you leave. Also, their cost on a new car was $1000 to $2500 higher than other dealers and they refused to come down. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and go to a good dealership. I was lucky I found out in time.

    That's where I bought my vehicle. They are just excellent. The service technicians that I use are very responsive. They answer your questions. While your car is back in the back, they keep you informed as to what's going on and how much longer it might take. They are very good.

    They are wonderful. I have a car made by Lexus Toyota and while the car is being serviced, they have a shuttle where they take you to the mall or anywhere you want to go. You can go eat or what have you so you do not have to just sit and wait in the waiting room which is very nice. I like to go because I do not like driving and they take me places and I do not have to drive. It is like having your personal chauffeur. That is what they charge. It is really expensive. They are really good. That is the only place I go.

    It was under warranty. Their prices are a little high. The workers were professional. I thought they would give me a loaner car, but they didn't give me a loaner car. I had to sit, wait three hours for them to do an oil change, and whatever else they did.

    This was the best car buying experience I have had and I am 66 years old.  This was my second new Subaru, I told my local dealer what I wanted, after 3 weeks and numerous phone calls, they said they couldn't find one and kept trying to push higher priced models with extras I didn't want , like leather seats. I gave up and called Gwinnett, the next day, the saleslady called back and had it on the lot, it was only 45 minutes away the whole time. She quoted me the price over the phone and it was $2500 less than the other dealer, no haggling, I drove up, paid cash and had my new car that day. They couldn't have been nicer. When I needed the oil changed, they said I could wait, and 35 minutes later it was ready, they also vacuumed and washed it. The other dealer you had to leave the car all day and at 5 P.M after work, it still was not ready, you would have to wait another hour to get processed out.  It was worth the extra drive and I saved so much time and aggravation in the long run.  You can actually talk to the sales manager, he is not a Wizard of Oz type that you can't see or talk to, the salesman running back and forth to get offers to wear you down.
           I used to do most of my car repairs, I met the guys in the shop, and was impressed with the work they did, I wouldn't be afraid for them to do major work and do it right. My last dealer, if you drove in with a problem, you drove out with even more, to keep you coming back.  All dealerships are not the same. Subaru's are great cars and you should get 100,000 miles with few problems, just do the maintenance.  Definitely will buy here again

    I called the dealer in the next county and told them what I wanted, they called back the next day and had the car on the lot. It was at another dealer 45 minutes away. Over the phone they offered me a price that was $3000 less than  the Decatur Dealer. I went right over and payed cash and drove off. Was all done over the phone. No haggling, no Wizard of Oz  Manager who you can't see and can't talk to, and the salesman runs back and forth with offers to wear you down.  I took it in for oil change and waited 35 minutes and they had it ready and  washed and vacuumed. They couldn't have been nicer. It was worth the drive. At Decatur you have to leave the car all day for an oil change and when you get there at five it is still not ready. They are always out of rental cars. Maintenance and repair are sub-standard and over priced.
          You don't have to use the dealer to do warranty work Subaru USA will accept any licensed shop to do the work as long as you keep the receipts, the local shops are 40 to 75% cheaper and actually do the work. I used to work on cars, if you take it in to Decatur with a problem you will drive out with more problems than you drove in with. They keep you coming back.  If you are foolish to pay more because it is local, save the car and get it serviced somewhere else.
          Beware if you are a woman, elderly, or a minority. If you go to Edmund's, True Car , or Consumer Reports you can see what others are paying for the same car and see that they profile people and charge different prices for different types of people coming in. They refuse to accept Consumer Reports.
            A year later , I went back to test drive a sedan to replace my wife's car, things had not changed. the salesman could not find keys to the new car and showed us a 2012 which was nice and since we are retired would suit our needs. Despite being 4 years older, the price was $1000 less than the sticker price of a new 2016 model. When I asked why should I buy a 4 year old used car when I can get a new one for $1000 more he got mad. He refused to negotiate the price.  If you have plenty of money and liked getting ripped off and like taking your car into the dealership to get it   " fixed" than this is the place for you. Subaru's are great cars and if you do the maintenance they will last a long time and keep you out of the dealership. If you like your car, go somewhere else.
