    I called All Area Appliances and they scheduled someone to evaluate the problem the very next morning. The technician immediately determined it was a bad control board and said they could get the part by the next day. As promised, the technician returned and fixed it very quickly. It was a pleasure working with All Area Appliances. They were professional, friendly and competent. Would definitely use again.

    The technician arrived at the very beginning of the 2 hour window - very punctual. He very quickly diagnosed my problem as a stuck switch. He repaired the switch, requiring no parts, and only charged the diagnostic fee. I have had work done by Lightning before, and I recommend them highly.

    I was quoted $45 for a service call over the phone...but when they got there, my son was told that the repair was so expensive, it made sense to get a new dryer. But they charged my son $65. Dishonest!

    Freezer stopped working in 2 days. Called/left messages entire holiday weekend -no reponse. Too bad for loss of food and that their answering machine only said they could not come to the phone right now. machine did not say they dont respond when they are closed. Was told I would kmow they only work Mon - Fri if I looked st their website. Way too sarcadtic. 2 weeks later ice macine does not work. Total unconcern that a job thst cost over $1,000 failed. Worst appliance customer service for a company very highly rated on multiple sites. That was why I pickef them after multiple cross referencing. Very pleasant technicians when in the home, but manager cant be relied on later. I dont understand the total not caring about their customers.

    He was very pleasant and very conscientious and I liked the man, but it didn't turn out too well.  He came out and fixed it but within 30 days it was having the same problem.  He came back out, sprayed something on it, telling me it just needed an adjustment.  He had just left my house when the thing arched and blew and was on fire.  All I could see was flames and smoke. He was responsive and came immediately both times I called.  He came back again and did repair the stuff that burned; however, it's still not working and I refuse to call him back out.

    The technician quickly identified the issue. The problem part needed was ordered and a date for the technician to return was set. The company called two days before hand as a reminder of the appointment. The technician called the day of the appointment to make sure I was home and called again to assure his arrival time. Once the technician arrived he quickly replaced the malfunctioning part and had the refrigerator back up and working within two hours. This company showed great customer service and their technician was both informative and pleasant. They had my refrigerator working before Thanksgiving.

    It ended up being a full blown repair of a dish washer which was pretty expensive. It took probably three trips to get it done but the guy that did the work was really good. Their office people were the unresponsive ones.

    The technician was very nice and professional but said the both the parts and labor were out of warranty after 60 days. They did discount the labor for the repair but it was another $415. If the problem comes back I guess we will get new refrigerator.

    I was satisfied with the service. There was an additional charge because of a part that needed to be done. I was kind of taken a back because he told me about the service and what it needed and it seemed that he got it done in about five minutes. My dishwasher is working and I never had any problems with it since, but it was just kind of when they tell you something that it seemed it would take long to fix in my point of view. He was really courteous. Everything was good. I do not have any complaints about it.

    Tech found it was my floor that is not level causing the irregular leak, plus he did heat probe, routine maintenance and looked for hose that other tech from another company told me would have to be replaced. It did not!!!  Thanks Avery(Tech)
