    Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical
    Service was scheduled for the morning of June 1, but the technician didn't show up until about 6:30 p.m. I had things I needed to do and ended up wasting my time staying at home. When it was past noon and I hadn't heard from Reliable, I called and was told the technician had 2 appointments ahead of me. When it got to be 5:30 and still no technician, I called again and was told there was 1 more appointment ahead of me and that there had been no service window for the morning (just for the day in general). That was not my understanding when I booked service. There was no proactive call(s) from Reliable to confirm my service appointment or to let me know the technician wouldn't arrive until late in the day. I use Reliable for my HVAC and electrical needs because the technicians are polite and do good work, but I was very disappointed in the lack of communication. I don't think it is at all reasonable for a technician to show up at 6:30 p.m.

    Triad recommended I purchase a new unit as my old unit had an ongoing Freon leak. I agreed and 2 days later they came and put in the new unit. The work was done professipnally and in accordance with my high expectations. I would use them again.

    Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning
    I made an appointment with Moncrief after a family HVAC person told me that we needed to replace our AC/furnace. RS Andrews came out and said the same thing. I clearly told the phone rep that I needed a quote for replacing the unit, and could they confirm. Appointment was made for 3-6 on a Thursday. At no time was I told there would be a "diagnostic fee". I called the morning of the scheduled date to confirm my appointment, and the fee was still not mentioned. The rep told me that the field rep would be to my home closer to 6 or after. Why tell customers 3-6, but you not coming until after that window. Everyone does not have three hours to sit around. Needless to say the field rep doesn't show until 7:45pm. I am not happy. 30+ minutes after looking at the furnace and AC he tells me that the AC needs to be cleaned for better ventilation, and that would cost $130. He slightly mentions a $97 diagnostic fee, and I needed him to repeat. I decided not to do the cleaning and expressed that no one told me about a diagnostic fee. Not that I could not pay it, but the principle is to tell customers upfront and not surprise. Can't describe how I feel about the experience. Want surprise me twice.

    My furnace was making a loud noise and I have a home warranty through AHS so I called and paid the deductible to have someone come out to take a look. They dispatched to this company. It took three days for the company to actually respond to the dispatch. Then, the tech arrives, shuts off my entire HVAC system, and leaves telling they "need to get a part." I call the next morning to find out what is going on and I'm told they need to order a part and it will be 3-5 business days. I ask to have my system, which was working, turned back on but they can't. Six days go by and I have heard nothing so I call again. The tech is on Jury duty for the next 2-3 days, they have no idea if he's ordered the part, they have no way to get in touch with him, they don't know if or when the part will arrive or when he can come install it. And they still can't turn on the furnace or A/C even though it was working when they arrived, albeit noisily. All the secretary can tell me is, "I don't know." Do not go anywhere near these people. They have close to 50 one star reviews complaining about how terrible they are.

    Excellent! Clay and partner were professional, friendly and really communicated well. We had to have a new A/C and furnace put in. Clay came out on his day off, gave us a very reasonable estimate and had the work done the next day. Kept in constant communication with us and did the work himself. Would highly recommend.

    They were pretty good, solved my problem and a little expensive. I am giving them a B because of price and they had to come back a second time and plug the hole and they did and did it immediately. I probably wold not use them because of cost but not quality.

    I called and receive an appointment the same day. I spoke with Clay and he assured me someone would be out to take care of my issue and it happened. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their unit done correctly the first time. I will definitely use them in the future.

    Workmen were knowledgeable, efficient and tidy.  Price paid was price quoted.  Workman stepped through ceiling and it was fixed immediately.  A few items had to be finished and the workmen came back out with no problems.  Jeremy was my contact and I was satisfied with the cost and my overall experience with this company and the quality of their workmanship. Very professional.

    I highly recommend using Cool Air Mechanical. The purchasing and installation process was seamless. Oren, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, on-time and professional. He explained everything in detail and left us with enough information to make an informed decision. After we decided to make our purchase through Cool Air, my experience with their staff (over the phone) was excellent. I believe everything was set up within 15 minutes or less. Vernon and Jason showed up for the installation on-time and were friendly and very professional. They finished the job in record time and explained everything to me about the system before they left. The system works perfectly. It is rare that I deal with a company and have such a good experience from beginning to end. The system works great, and I know I can depend on this company and its employees in the future. Thanks Cool Air for recognizing the importance of punctuality, professionalism and quality products.
