    I normally don't this....but this location deserve some attention what a nasty RACISM environment, I took my car to get service there and after picking it up and leaving, I notice it was leaking oil..I return the following day to address the situation and the wife of the company was like the owner is not in..can you bring it back after one. I did,now greeted by the owner, the first words out his mouth was and I quote (YOU Ppl,this is why I don't like working on YALL stuff,YALL always find a problem...etc.)end quote.. I was like ****...about a oil leak..ppl of Gwinnett and citizens of Snellville ..if you want to be treated with RESPECT about spending your hard earn money$$ on your car...Dont take your car here b/c Y'ALL ppl money has color on it..!!

    Horrible experience. I trusted the staff for guidance on proper service and warranty coverage. I was given erroneous information by the service consultant and service manager regarding Ford coverage of OEM factory parts. The questionable way things were done make me feel taken advantage of and only make me think that this service department is dishonest and cannot be trusted. I will never take my vehicle back to this establishment and seriously question purchasing another Ford vehicle in the future, of which I've been a loyal owner since 1994. Shame.

    Shawn did a wonderful job. Very professional and courteous. Called before he came to make sure that the car was there and to tell me what time he would definitely be there. Did a great job. Would use again. Much cheaper than some of the big name competition.

    Unexpectedly the best service! Went to the location to get information about what to do for my daughter's car and Matt followed me to my house so he could get a better look at what was going on. It only took them a few days to fix her car and it was a cheap fix!

    This is truly the "honest mechanic." Their prices are fair and they only do work that needs to be done. My brakes were squeaking. The dealer said I needed all new brake pads. Took it to Grayson Auto and they said brakes were fine. Thousand miles later, brakes are still fine. They have my business.

    I was locked out of my car. I didn't know what to do. I found Lucky chuck on Google and called. Chuck came out in 10 minutes and unlocked my car. He was very nice and professional. Thanks Lucky chuck for the awesome experience.

    It was under warranty from Acura. They did go above and beyond that loaner car. I ended up keeping the loaner car for probably like an extra week while they were working on it. They did a very thorough job on the transmission and everything relating to the car as a whole. I would use them again.

    As a dealership, I would give them an A overall. The experience was good and the included me in to some warranty stuff that wasn't necessarily published. I bought an Acura from Joe Rizza Acura. I still have it. 360,000 miles later, still runs like a champ. I have had a couple of transmission issues. They replaced the first transmission under warranty, no muss no fuss. They gave me a loaner car. It was a good experience all the way down the line. I live in Atlanta and they are in Chicago. I probably would not use them again in future but only because of the geography. If I was local around up there, I would definitely use them again.

    Ed and his partner picked up my car right on time and delivered my car in two days! The original time window was 6 to 8 working days. Two drivers worked together to drive straight through. I was delighted. I did not have to rent a car at all. The sever called ahead before pick up and delivery. Service couldn't have been better. I would use this company again. I can recommend them without hesitation!
