    My furnace was making a loud noise and I have a home warranty through AHS so I called and paid the deductible to have someone come out to take a look. They dispatched to this company. It took three days for the company to actually respond to the dispatch. Then, the tech arrives, shuts off my entire HVAC system, and leaves telling they "need to get a part." I call the next morning to find out what is going on and I'm told they need to order a part and it will be 3-5 business days. I ask to have my system, which was working, turned back on but they can't. Six days go by and I have heard nothing so I call again. The tech is on Jury duty for the next 2-3 days, they have no idea if he's ordered the part, they have no way to get in touch with him, they don't know if or when the part will arrive or when he can come install it. And they still can't turn on the furnace or A/C even though it was working when they arrived, albeit noisily. All the secretary can tell me is, "I don't know." Do not go anywhere near these people. They have close to 50 one star reviews complaining about how terrible they are.

    He came out to evaluate and determine the problem. He said a part had to be ordered and he would call back when he confirmed he could get the part. Within an hour after leaving he called saying he would have the part the next day and we scheduled for the following morning. He called to say he had to reschedule for the afternoon and that it would be before 4:30. We never heard from him again and that was on May 18th, nearly 2 months ago.

    Tracy took the washer motor apart & determined that it wasn't worth repairing. He put it all back together, cleaned up, and only charged me the $45 service fee. He suggested that I buy a Whirlpool washer. I did, and so far have had no problems for several years since Tracy was here. Would definitely use his services again.

    He was prompt and explained what needed to be done. He then did the repair. The dryer has worked better than it ever has. We had it serviced before while it was still under warranty and that tech said he found no problem. My only complaint was the gentleman did smell of cigarette smoke.

    Great! We submitted an online request over the weekend and received a call very early on Monday morning. We set the appointment for Wednesday. Jake arrived on time and called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He quickly determined the issue (broken heating element) and let us know the possible cause (lint buildup in the body of the dryer) and how much it would be to fix it. He had it fixed and cleaned the dryer in under an hour! Jake was very helpful, friendly and did a great job!

    I called Coyote to come to come out and look at our refrigerator water line in the back. Every time you would use the water dispenser, water would shoot out the back of the frig. Called him, he came the next day around the time he said he would. I really thought he was going to replace the line but he just placed a coupler on it which was great but I thought what he charged was a little pricey for the amount of work done and the time it took. I didn't complain or counter so I really can't hold it against him. I thought he was very polite and professional and I would use him again.
