  • Saying goodbye to a pet is such a difficult process, but Dr. DeHaven was the gentlest, most compassionate vet I have ever had the opportunity to know. We continue to rely on the wonderful care team at Cumberland Animal Clinic for all our pet needs. I was deeply touched by the sensitivity and legacy donation they made on Pebbles' behalf.

  • They have been taking care of my cats. We have had a couple of kitties that have had some health issues. So we work with them and they take care of them. They are also excellent. They are just exceptional. They are an A company. They are probably a little more expensive than the usual but that is okay. We use them all the time. They are excellent. That don't take more than 20 minutes.

  • The vet and then his staff expressed concern for the cost of the one year's worth of medication we wanted. They offered to sell it to us one quarter at a time. We decided to go with the year long supply for convenience. Our dog didn't even whimper when he got the shot and licked the vet's hand after it was over. Great group of people.

  • We have been with them for years and we do annual checkups with them and they made good recommendations. We had to put a cat down with them which was quite traumatic and they were very nice about it.  They sent a card out to us. They are friendly and facility is clean.

  • The clinic is very clean and nicely appointed.
    The staff is friendly and it is obvious they love cats. Very professional.
    The Vet who saw was also friendly and professional.
    We like that is a cat only clinic, this seems to reduce the stress for the animals.
    In terms of the care we have received we rate them above average.
    The prices are high and there does not seem to be much of a discount for multiple pets.
    In general they get an A+ for services but a D for prices.
    I will continue to use them and plan financing accordingly.

  • Powers Ferry Animal hospital is the only place I will ever
    take my animals. I have 5 senior pets (2 dogs and 3 cats), so I’m a frequent customer
    with over 50 visits to this practice. EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN POSITIVE.
    I transferred to this hospital 2 years ago after an unpleasant experience with
    my former vet. Everyone at PFAH is attentive, caring, creative and accommodating.
    Even when she must deliver unpleasant or expensive news, the communication from
    Meg Wright is clear, practical and compassionate. All of my animals adore her. Meg
    is our Doctor for all things “western medicine” and Dr Scott Miller treats my 13
    year old Labrador for hip pain with acupuncture 2x per month. He and the
    technician always dote on her during her treatment and never hesitate to answer
    questions and give advice on how to manage my old friend’s health/joint
    pain/appetite. The team who manages the front desk is always so helpful
    (calling in prescription refills, asking the Dr. questions, working in an
    urgent appointment) and the techs who assist the doctors are a joy to work
    with. When we found ourselves in their office on the day we had to say goodbye to
    our bear-sized retriever (Guinness) the staff was so sensitive to our pain, and
    I cannot imagine a more dignified and peaceful end of life. From the first
    visit to the last, these are the people you can trust in animal medicine.

  • The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was professional. I had my cats annual exam and shots along with an evaluation of my cats dental issues and allergy reactions. The vet was honest and clear offering ideas and suggestions.

  • I have had 2 vets there, and they are both incapable of listening, not compassionate, not empathetic, not interested in feedback, not interested in knowing how the pet is, and they are unfriendly.  Their prices are high.

  • I have two very large dogs and they're not allowed to play with other dogs. They're Great Dane and Akita mix and their Akita mother was really aggressive. Their puppies and they're still learning. She's not mean and never tried to hurt another dog. I don't know what they do with the other dogs but with our dogs, they just make sure that they get a little exercise and that they have plenty of room to move around in their kennels. They stay in a dog run because they're so big. We take them there because they've been treating them with their shots and other things since they were baby puppies. Every other place that we've taken them for boarding are so ridiculously expensive. Twilley-Greene is so reasonable. I think a lot of it is because they really like our dogs. I think they get a little special treatment because they're puppies. They're sixteen months old and won't be full grown til they're two years old. Twilley-Greene has experience with big dogs and with Akitas, in particularly. That's why they do so well with our dogs. Sandy and Wanda give them the most care. The dogs like staying there. They don't mind at all. We take them to get their shots and their nails done and they love it there. They're gentle with them. They're animal lovers and they're so good with the dogs. You don't have to provide their food and treats but I do because it's not good to be changing their food. They would give you their food if you wanted them to. They interact with them, play with them, and give them treats while they're there. It's about what you would expect when you board a dog with a vet. It's not like a doggy daycare.

  • I didn't like them so I ended up switching. They were just a little pushy for services and I felt that that was a little unprofessional. I think they brought in some new vets and I think that they maybe have not actually committed to the customer service policy. The quality of their service was great.
