    Lifestyles Travel Atlanta
Our first trip was absolutely amazing. It was a first time cruise for three of my daughters. We visited Nassau Bahamas, Grand Cayman Islands and Cozumel Mexico. They were thrilled and ready to do it again. We have since referred Lifestyle Travel to our friends and family.

    Dock Pros
He did a terrific job! He always returned my calls in a timely manner and listened to exactly what I wanted. He was very careful to explain what he was doing and keep costs down. They cleaned up very well afterwards. It was even done 2 days ahead of schedule. I referred him to two of my friends for other work.

    Travelocity
I booked the flight round trip through that vendor. Come to find out I only paid for, I specifically requested an exit seat because I am 6 foot 5. Evidently they only charged me for the one way. So when I got ready to come back, I was calling to just check on my seat just to verify everything before I left. Well come to find out the day before I left, that they hadn't booked it, they told me that I needed to call the airline. Well I had to call the airlines and it cost me roughly $140.00  ticket. I told them no. I called Travelocity back, and said basically you give out false information. I said because what you told me wasn't the truth when I asked what I told you what I needed. And the guy "Oh we're so sorry ma'am." I said well I understand that you're sorry but that doesn't help me at this point. You're telling me I have got to call the airlines and paying over $130.00 to get back. And that is all they kept saying oh they were sorry. I said fine, but I told them that I was gonna go online and call the better business bureau as well. They need to give you what you are asking for to get a better grade and give you the price of what you are asking for not half the price. Like I told them, when you are going on vacation you want the whole cost for the vacation. What it is going to cost for gas coming and going. Not just gas going. He just kept saying ma'am I understand but he wasn't, nationality really don't matter, but you know. I will not use them again and I will make sure I tell my friends not to use them as well. I told them that on the phone. I told them I would be telling my friends and putting it on Facebook. They didn't try to rectify it or nothing.

    Custom Marine
Took my boat to CM in time for the holiday. When I picked it up the trailer had a flat tire. After confronting the tech he told me management told him to keep pumping it up and let me deal with it because he couldn't find the leak. I found a SS boat screw and plugged it. Oh and this was a new tire. Replaced it the day before I took it to them. They planned on me having a flat tire without telling me. Spent $1600 to get it in top end running condition. Will Massey (Owner/Manager) told me if there was anything else wrong he would come get it personally, fix it and bring it back. When I put it in the water it went only 9mph!I called and emailed Will the Friday before the weekend and he responded that he would call me Tues. Our family holiday was ruined. Tuesday came and went. I called and he sent a tech out who said it was a dropped cylinder. After a week they ordered a Stator part. The story keeps changing. How did the boat run top end before I picked it up and not when I put it in the water? Costs another $750 and Will won t bring it back like he promised. Will admitted he was short handed of good techs and Jimmy (service manager) thinks everything is the customer fault. Going to pay because I am honest and I have the money. What goes around will certainly come around. Save yourself a trip. These people are dishonest at best. They certainly have no integrity and it appears to run deep in the organization despite what may have been in the past.

    Indico Construction
The whole process went very smoothly, it took approximately a week and a half after painting the bead board. He came in and looked at the rooms and drew up some plans for me that I loved. I was a little nervous at first but he talked me through the whole process and gave me a ton of confidence. He is very smart and knows exactly what he is doing.
He started with the bedroom, he put the bead board up and painted it, then he started the shelves. These shelves are something else, he made them free standing shelves, but they look like they are attached to the wall and that they have been there for years. Another thing about them is they are very strong, if someone were to climb on them, there is no chance of the shelves breaking.
In the living room, he was putting up the bead board for me, in order to do so, he had to remove my mantel. While the mantel was off, he sanded it down, cleaned it up and stained it for me. After everything was done (fixing the hole in the ceiling, adding the bead board and touching up the mantel) it looks like a whole new room. I am in love with it!!!!
I highly recommend him to everyone.

    Jamison Estate Management
Mr. Jamison sanded the wood and returned it to us. He did an average job of sanding old paint from the wood. Additional work was needed to prepare it for varnishing. Because Mr. Jamison was not entirely clear on the instructions he gave me for the involved varnishing process needed for boats, we had to resort to calling the manufacturer's technical assistance line and get advice from the local marine supply store. It became clear that Mr. Jamison was not the PROFESSIONAL that he repeatedly claimed to be.
After 10 days Mr. Jamison called and said that the work on the boat was complete and that he expected payment. I informed him that the work was not complete (he had not reinstalled any of the steering components, hardware, lights, seats, etc) as we had discussed and agreed and that I could give him $500 of the balance and the remaining $500 upon completion of the project. He had a fit! He was not PROFESSIONAL at all. He delivered the boat to our house that evening. We were not at home and we said we would call him the next day after inspecting his work.
Upon inspecting the boat, we found that he had not sanded all surfaces properly in some areas. The transom and front hatch were still cracked and showed peeling paint. There were paint drips all over the interior and exterior. The line between the bottom paint and the paint on the boat gunnels was extremely messy and certainly not what we expected from such a PROFESSIONAL. When we brought this to his attention, he just argued with us and said that no one would notice the sloppy paint job once the boat was in the water. He also admitted that he coud have sanded the front hatch some more. He made no offers whatsoever to correct the job and complete it to our satisfaction. He was very argumentative. We took picture of the work and showed it to personnel in the paint department of a well respected marine supply store. Not only did they laugh out loud at the quality of the work, they said that the paint would probably flake and peel in a short time.
Mr. Jamison was very unpleasant to deal with and it was clear that he would do no further work. We decided that the best thing to do would be to get our material from the boat back, have it installed by someone else, and pay him to get out of our lives.
We made arrangements to meet so that he could return our hardware, steering mechanism, etc and get his check. We pointed out the areas that we were unhappy with and still he argued and made no offers to make the job right.
Finally, when we asked if he had a business license (something we should have asked in the beginning) he refused to answer, demanded his check and left.
On his websites, Mr. Jamison boasts pet sitting, home repair and boat services. We would not trust him to empty the litter box.

    UHaul Neighborhood Dealer
It is a furniture store where they rent U Hauls on the side. They were really nice. We were going to go with someone else and they wanted to charge me for being under 25 and hold a charge on my account. They didn't hold anything on my account and didn't charge me a fee for being under 25.
