    Sago Property Management
y experience with Ms. Jaynes and her staff was nothing short of a nightmare. I paid the $50.00 application fee and a "reservation fee" equivalent to the advertised monthly rent before we were ever shown the house. I clarified twice that if we didn't like the house when we saw it that we would not sacrifice the reservation fee. Still skeptical of their operation, I recorded our conversation and asked her to again confirm that the ONLY way we would lose our "reservation fee" is if we executed a lease and backed out. The pictures of the house were a complete misrepresentation of the property (there was rotten subflooring, linoleum that was worn to the thread, the appliances were rusted, it reeked of marijuana, etc.) so we informed Ms. Jaynes that we would only move forward if the landlord agreed to certain repairs/replacements and painting the interior. Ms. Jaynes assistant was so floored by the condition of the property during the showing that she apologized multiple times and took photographs of the horrible conditions. The landlord met us about 1/2 way on the requested repairs, so we declined to execute a lease. After we declined to take a different rental that she suggested, Ms. Jaynes has decided we have to pay a $400.00 penalty and refuses to refund our reservation fee as promised. Live in a van down by the river before you trust these shysters.

    Sago Property Management
My wife hired Sago to manage her property shortly after the company started in 2012. We quickly realized the awesome service she received at the previous Management company we used was due to Stacie Jaynes. We have been so happy with the service provided by Sago that I eventually even stopped managing my own property and hired Sago for it as well. Sago currently manages two properties for my family. They are very responsive and I am very satisfied with the service from everyone I have worked with. I think Stacie does a good job of hiring people who share her customer focus. Chris, the maintenance coordinator, does not just take the first quote for a repair if it is above the standard. When I had a major repair needed he went behind service providers and verified their work so when I asked questions about the repair he was able to answer them. After the Hurricane came through in 2016 Sago was proactive in giving customers as much information as they could. Their online tools are user friendly. I highly recommend Sago as a Property Manager.

    RealLife Property Management
Chris Wyche handled our case. There were some issues in the process, and some tense moments, but Chris was always professional, courteous, attentive and kind. He walked us through the process and helped all the way to the final, positive, resolution.

    BETTER HOMES REALTY
They did not follow the contract and as a result my house is a total disaster at the end of the period. They didn't properly perform inspections at the property and they charged me $1,265.70 for repairs without any prior notice, which the contract states that they were supposed to call me and notify me prior to charging anything over $500. I have also never been able to get a hold of them via phone and only can seem to communicate via email. On their inspection sheets, several of the blanks were noted as "can't see" due to garbage and trash being stacked up in the way. They never had the tenant move these things out of the way and upon further inspection the areas are absolutely filthy.

    Market South Management
If you own property and are considering using Market South: run. Do not under any circumstances trust these people with your investment/home. Over the duration of the lease the property was inspected 0 times. None. The tenants they secured were both convicted felons which they either didn't check or did not disclose. Due to their lack of inspection the tenants sublet at least one additional room, smoked inside the house, had multiple dogs without paying a pet deposit which urinated all over the home requiring replacement of all carpets and sealing of subfloors, severely damaged freshly refinished heart pine flooring, destroyed all curtains in the home, broke tile and appliances....etc. The list goes on. Additionally the tenants were still in the home well after their lease expired. Literally thousands upon thousands worth of damage done. Again, I cannot stress enough, do NOT trust these people with your home. Please.

    Beasley Investments
I hired Beasley Investment to rent out and manage my property in my absence. Phillip Beasley did nothing to manage my property, he took tenants money and didn't pay my mortgage as agreed in our contract. Plus left the house needing over $6000 in repairs that needed to be done before it was livable again. If I didn't step in and take back my property when I did my home would have been foreclosed on. They are liars and thieves, don't trust them!!!!

    Beyond Residential LLC
FABULOUS. I had never met Josh or Thomas before our initial business meeting to explain their management services. I am truly impressed. I am e-mailed a monthly owner statement (also accessable on-line by password protected site) of how much rent was paid minus the reasonable monthly management fee. The statement balance is direct deposited into the bank account I specified each month, on the date promised. Communication about the renter's satisfaction is provided regularly and from the pre-move in credit and background checks that Beyond ran, I believe I have the most reliable renter ever living in my condo. Hooray!  What a relief to have Beyond Residential looking out for me!

    Kathy Fairchild
Our condo sat vacant for an extra month because the agent did not use multiple advertising methods, as they said they would. Our unit was not even listed as available for 3 weeks. Even worse, one of my friends called to inquire about units available in the complex, and the agent didn't even mention our unit. When I called the agent to confront her about this, she screamed at me and asked if I wanted to cancel the contract.

    TriCounty Real Estate
It's going well. They charge 10% of the rent collected. They seem reasonable.
