    I called the phone number that was listed and a very rude male answered. I tried to tell him why I was calling but he wouldn't listen and told me "This is **** ****, leave a message".Needless to say, My dog does not have a grooming appointment. All I can say is I hope it was an incorrect number.

    This rating is for the mobile grooming. I have used Top Dog to Go for the past 3 years and was always pleased with their work. My problem with the mobile is their unresponsiveness to my text messages and calls. I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30am on 12/20. They never showed or responded to me. I really like their work so I tried again....I texted them on 12/29 and on 12/30 at around 2pm I did receive a text saying sorry for the delay (no mention of the missed appointment) they had a cancellation for that day would 3pm work? Of course it didn't so we made the appointment for 1/10 at 12:30pm. Again, they did not show, call or respond to my text messages today so I have given up. I have recommended and praised them to many people in the past, well that changes as of today. I will take my business elsewhere.

    How did it go? It didn't. It took a week for Top Dog to get back to me after I requested an appointment. A date was set, but not a time. I asked for the time, but never heard from them again. On the day of the appointment, I texted, asking for the time, but no one ever responded. After staying home most of the day, waiting, I again texted and canceled the appointment. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened.

    Great - my lab thoroughly enjoyed his time there and didn't want to leave haha!
    He smells and looks great and has been sleeping like a baby since he got home.
    Great price and great service....already recommended them to other people!

    I paid with a debit card at this place and within minutes I received fraud alert calls and texts. The bank notified me that there were 3 separate charges of the identical price within minutes of each other from Hoof and Woof. I called the shop and the lady told me there were issues with their card reader and come in and they would fix it. So far so good......
    When I arrived to get reimbursed for the extra charges The owner told me that I was not charged three times and I should leave and come back at 3:00 when they close and if I could prove that I was charged multiple times by a printed bank statement she would place the $90 in my hand. Wow.....I should have just run away at this time and dealt only with my bank.
    I called my bank while in the shop and even got a representative from my bank to tell her there were extra charges on my account. She refused to listen to reason. Even the bank representative gave me the authorization code for each charge and advised me to wait until the end of the day when the transactions will be logged in both her ledger as well as mine. She advised me that this owner is not willing to listen and after the additional transactions are logged if I have problems getting my money back to call them and they will file the fraud complaint against her.
    I originally thought this place was charming and looking forward to taking my dogs there for years to come. I am shocked the way I was treated. I am shocked by the owner telling me this is normal and I don't understand.....sorry fraud alerts are not normal. I was willing to comply with the owner's desire of waiting till the next day and see if the additional charges got completed. I was never able to tell her that I would come back once the bank to bank transactions are complete because she kept talking over me. She was more concerned with saying she has an accounting degree and a background in accounting and I just don't understand. I just had to walk out since there was no communicating reason to this lady.

    It started OK I took her there because she is afraid of other dogs and I thought A one on one would be nice but she ended up shaving her almost bald under her neck. She also used a clipper on her eyes which I did not think was safe. They had scheduled an appointment for July 24 at 3:30 and the girl showed up yesterday at 3:30 I took off work and met her and I was very disappointed with the service

    this place has gone downhill steadily over the past few months to the point I won't use them. The last 2 times the work was poorly performed, the dog not washed/cleaned as promised and seemed to be upset over the process - never happened before. Will go elsewhere.

    When I went out the second time, my dog had a seizure. They did not want to work with her after she had the seizure. I don't blame them for doing that. I just wish they hadn't charged the full price for grooming. They charged the full price, $50. Plus I had to pay the vet because they gave her a shot to calm her down. The grooming is okay and I would recommend the groomer. Other than them giving a shot, I don't know anything about the vet clinic. I won't rate the vet clinic. I would only rate the groomer. I don't think they should have charged the full price for something that they barely did. They were responsive to the seizures. I won't use any outside groomer. I have a groomer now that comes to my house, because every time I take my dog to an outside groomer she has a seizure.

    It went very well. We really enjoy taking our dog there. They always send out a reminder card when it's time for her shots. Their staff is very friendly. My other dogs would tremble when they got in the car if they needed going to the vet and she just runs right in like she owns the place and it doesn't bother her at all. I'm sure even when she is in the back room with them that they take good care of her. They are very good and they call back like when she had her teeth cleaned or had anesthesia. They will call back just to see how she is doing. That's always very nice.

    They're outstanding. We've been with them for a number of years. We have six cats. So we use them plenty. We use them all the time. We have a lot of contact with our vet. I get billed for on a monthly basis. They do both veterinarian service and grooming. I've never studied their prices. I just don't think that they're unreasonable. He calls us at home personally, on a weekend, if necessary. He is always there when he says he is going to be there. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Gall. He is a pro. He cares deeply about the animals and is compassionate and wonderful. Animals have a very important place in our lives and we care how they're treated. We are very discriminating about that.
