BCaM Property Services, LLCWe hired CaM Property Services to resand and seal the pavers on our patio and the brick walk beside the driveway. Our goal was to keep weeds from growing between the bricks/pavers. CaM achieved this although they did not return and remove some of the heavy spray. CStephen K Linde HorticulturalistSadly, I believe the job ended up being too much for Mr. Linde. I feel like he did not know how to properly bid for the job we needed his company to do, therefore the amount of time and the amount of supplies needed to complete our job was grossly underestimated which resulted in overcharging us. To make a long review short, Mr. Linde more than doubled his original fee without any amendments to contract until we requested a meeting. During the meeting he provided us with copies of his amendments that we never knew existed.. Although we did not agree with his request for more than double the original fee, we ended up paying him. He ended up placing a lien on our home after we paid him for everything but the amount it will take to completely re-do the 4 permanent benches he did not install properly. We made our request VERY CLEAR to visually approve the placement of pavers for benches BEFORE they were permanently concreted into place.Mr. Linde did not respect our formal request and they will have to be removed and re-installed properly. The project took way too long to complete.- Gina B.

I chose Olde Savannah because their price was reasonable and they actually seemed interested in the job. Heather worked with me to design the perfect outdoor patio and fire pit! I was one of those picky customers who made changes throughout the design process, yet Heather remained patient through it all! I had shopped around prior to choosing Olde Savannah. I found their prices to be on the lower side when compared to some of the others; but even more than price, I chose them because they had a great attitude, were professional, and Heather simply had great design ideas which really made for a stunning patio!! He went above and beyond the call of duty repairing our Carriage House wall as well as tuckpointed an entire shared brick wall that divides our courtyard from our neighbor's courtyard--it was a bit of a challenge with our neighbor but Alex charmed him and we got the necessary work done. Both walls look so much better and most importantly, Alex was responsive and dependable.

ABoston, the owner, was very responsive, and came right over to look at our pool. He asked several questions about what we wanted. After exchanging pictures and talking, he was able to give us a fair quote. Boston started the job exactly when he said he would and texted before hand, pics of the rocks he was picking out. The work took 3 days and was spectacular! The workers were very careful and... were by far, the cleanest contractors we've ever had. The water feature turned out to be even better than we expected!
